My wife and I recently traded in a 2014 Lexus and purchased a new model. Our dealership experience was excellent and our sales associate, Nevena Evtimova, was even more so. She handled the whole process in a timely manner with precision and finesse. Her cordial personality made working with her a real pleasure. I purchased my car at a different dealership (Nelson) & bought a maintenance package for oil changes so I HAD to go back to that dealership ugghhh big mistake! As soon as it expired I went to BMW for an oil change & their price was extremely lower than MANY other places I called. I cannot say enough about these guys! Absolutely excellent service from the time I pulled into the lot & my car ran better afterwards than it ever has! I will be going here from now on for oil changes & all my service needs! This was the first time that I made an out of state vehicle purchase through the internet, Cars.com. Mastrovito sales and financial personnel made the purchase of our used Hyundai Santa Fe Plug in Hybrid as seemless as our hometown dealership. They handled all the out of state paperwork and sales taxes easy for us to title the car in our home state of Indiana.

Purchased the XRT model of this vehicle and are disappointed that it doesn't even include Homelink, and wish that it had memory seat settings. Also, not sure if side step assist is helpful. I like an SUV and my husband likes a pickup truck, and this was a happy medium for both of us.

From the moment we stepped foot on the property I was immediately welcomed. I was informed by the manager that they were short staffed and that he would help us as much as he could until the next salesman was available. We were passed on to Christian Wheelan, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and made you feel comfortable. Towards the end we were talking about random things more than talking about the car I was purchasing. I went there looking for a Chevy Traverse but realistically and financially it was not a smart move on my part. I took some time went home and thought about it and searched up the Chevy Equinox, I didn't like the older version but the 2025 popped up and it looked like the mini version of the Traverse. It was 6 something at night when we reached out to Christian to see if he had any on the lot. He said he had two, we rushed back and I purchased a 2025 Chevy Equinox, it wasn’t even processed through their system yet and he helped me get my dream car. Even the finance guy, I believe his name was John, he was great and didn’t pressure us into purchasing anything we didn’t want. Overall our experience here was amazing and I have since recommended multiple people to go to Don Mealey in Clermont. Thank you Christian and team for helping us get the family car we wanted!

Seen a vehicle I liked but there too far for me to drive there, but they were willing to ship it to me, the salesman John sent video and pictures from his phone. Lisa helped with the financing. I went ahead with the purchase but over night got cold feet! They refunded my money that day! Definitely recommend this dealer.

Early software issues have been resolved. The Lyriq is a wonderful comfort car. Smooth ride, extremely quiet with good handling. This is not a sports car it’s a stress free car. Supercruise is the best autonomous driving software currently available. True hands free driving. The best value in the luxury segment.

I have the RT black top package and I like it . It takes awhile to learn the how the screen works . The car does get attention & compliments. The torque is very fast and I love the red leather interior that came with it. Sunroof is awesome. The back seating is very small along with the trunk area. The driving is smooth and i enjoy the 3 ways of driving (hybrid, electric & save) I am enjoying my first Hybrid and compact vehicle

I love mine. I bought it on color Only. Not disappointed other then it could have more pep in its step. It is fun to drive and gets stares from people as it is green/yellow and really pops Green/yellow is best. Gree

We needed more than our scheduled oil change, and they were able to do it that day. The facility is outstanding with an awesome customer waiting room with drinks & snacks. This has to be the cleanest facility we have ever been in. And... our car was washed & vacuumed. They even left a surprise snack in the car for us. Thank you for making our wait enjoyable.
