I recently purchased a 2019 4Runner from Toyota South. It's been 16 years since I've bought a vehicle and, I must say, the entire experience was the best I've ever had. Chase Freeman was outstanding, as were the whole team I dealt with - Ashley, Clarence, Lex and Tyler. I arrived at 10 am, test drove the vehicle and was pulling out of the parking lot at 11 am with my new car! My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

I thought the process of buying a car would be a lot harder but this dealership made my first experience incredibly easy.

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

Ryan Blackburn was great to work with on our purchase of a 2012 Toyota Venza. I have always heard good things about this dealership, but now my wife and I got to experience it. From start to finish, Ryan answered all of our questions, negotiated well, and took care of the little things that concerned us. Also, the dealership put a new set of tires on the car after we had already agreed to purchase it and did a full inspection. That says a lot because most people would not care once you made your purchase. Top notch service and highly recommended.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

Outstanding is my opinion of the parts department at Gates Toyota in Richmond KY. They are very reliable, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly folks who want to help. 5 stars and a big thumbs up as well!

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

I had the pleasure of having an awesome salesman by the name of Chris Meeks. He went above and beyond by finding the vehicle I wanted, plus he had all of the paperwork ready when I got there. I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.
