Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

I came across this dealership, Automotive Avenues, by chance and I am so glad that I did! I was looking at different cars on their website, but it honestly looked like it was "too good to be true" price wise for the cars that they were offering. I started the process with Anthony, who is in the online sales. He was so responsive and right to the point. He was communicating with me even on a Sunday when the store was closed! I was still not convinced and I thought there had to be more to it. He was very clear about the "No haggle" policy, which I love, and told me specifically what fees they charge. I decided to drive from Harrisburg, PA (3.5 hour drive) based on all the information that I had. I was looking at FOUR different cars that they had. They were kind enough to offer to hold one of them for me. It is not what they normally do, but they gave me an exception till I got there, since I had a long drive. Once I got there, I was amazed by how busy the place was on a Monday afternoon and how many beautiful cars they actually had on their lots! I was greeted by Charlie Jackson, one of their 22 sales people. He introduced himself, asked me if I was working with anyone. I told him that I've only spoken to the online sales, but I had an appointment for 5:30. He took me inside to check in, asked me if I wanted water or coffee then took me to his desk where we sat and discussed each one of the 4 cars in details including their Carfax and any other information that the dealership had to share with me. He was very patient and knowledgeable! After that, he brought the cars to the front for me to look at and test drive (except for one because I was looking at all electric cars, and the battery was not charged in that one) so we walked to it just so I can see it in person. Once I saw all of them and test drove the 3 that I could, I decided on one ( which was so hard because I wanted to take the 4 of them home). The one that I bought was a 2022 Mercedes EQS 450+. It was like brand new with just over 1100 miles on it! It was the car that I really wanted from the beginning and I ended up getting at the end. After that, we worked out the numbers on my trade, which I was NOT very excited about because it was about $1500 less than what I got from others! I agreed to it and they started to process the transaction. They stayed with me till about 9:30 pm, way after they were supposed to close, just to accommodate me so I would not have to drive again the next day. I must say that I change cars every 6-12 months because I love cars, and (other than the trade) I've NEVER felt as good purchasing as I did this time. My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Over all great experience with buying a car. I first contacted them about a car on Cars.com on a Sunday. I received a reply that day and was put in contact with Nick. I spoke with Nick about the car and discussed purchasing it. I was from out of state and when I was able to drive in and see that car I was impressed. The car was in fantastic shape and I ended purchasing the car with Mike’s (I did not realize I was working a different salesman until later as my husband was the first person to great a salesman). Anyway, Mike quickly looked into my online profile and knew exactly which car I was there for. He quickly helped us get the paperwork rolling. I have to admit I’m not used to the car buying process, it felt like it took from ever. But the entire sales team was so helpful, they found me a great for financing, worked to add my car to my insurance policy, got me all fixed up with the proper tags and plates for the state I live in, and cleaned up and gased up my new car for the drive home. 2015 limited edition. purchased used in 2020. This is my 4th Toyota Van. 2 Previa's and 2nd Sienna. Obviously love the space, reliability, comfort and safety. Issues are: As noted in the Cars.com review, the engine is very noisy at highway speed and for some highway surfaces you may not even be able to carry a conversation with your partner sitting next to you! The Stereo isn't that great maybe due to excess outside noise or electronic interference. The Gas Door stuck closed on me. I had to pry it open, now it's loose and I have to be careful in pushing it back in place. Dealer was no help regarding a recall or warranty, and body shop was talking over $1000 to only do the paint work. I did have a fuel leak thru the rubber hose where it mates with the fuel tank that I noticed because I smelled fuel driving it from the dealer where purchased. So much for the 172 pt inspection! Problem was actually a metal rib which sits against the rubber hose and slicing thru, so I hammered the rib away from the area and put a new hose on and that fixed it. Go to the sienna forum for pictures. Also added a trailer hitch from etrailer for the occasional needs. V6 Engine itself has plenty of power and is trouble free. Overall, I love the ride, interior volume and reliability. All my garage tools are collecting dust because I don't get a chance to use them! You can put more in a minivan than in most trucks and close the rear door!

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

One thing I really appreciated — you can walk around here without feeling watched. That alone made me feel respected. It’s rare, and it says a lot about their approach.

I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

This van is amazing. It was gifted to me by my grandparents with 290,000 miles on the engine. As of right now it currently has 314,000 miles. I am absolutely amazed by the integrity of this vehicle and how well it has held together over the years. Yes there are small cosmetic issues, as you would expect with a car that’s 18 years old. We chose to replace the coolant system around 300,000 miles. Minor set back, but it has run even better since then. The DVD player no longer works, but all the speakers are in fanatic condition, seats as well for the years of love, soccer games, and countless trips. This van has transported not 1 but 5 generations of family members over the years. We may look into a transmission swap- but I am honestly interested in finding out just how far this one will go. I definitely will only be purchasing siennas from here on out, as this one has proven that with proper maintenance, they will continue to thrive well after 300,000 miles.

The 3.3 liter V6 is under powered especially if you carry six passengers. Had to replace a catalytic converter at 132,000 miles code po420 bank 2. a disappointment. The engine is basically a Camry engine. Toyota should of put a larger displacement engine in this van.

Well it fits all 7 members of my family. Has pretty good gas mileage. It is comfortable and doesn't take 3 years to get up to 35-40 miles per hour.

I love the sleek look of the exterior compared to the choppy look of the Honda Odyssey from that year. We have owned toyota camrys in the past and love their reliability. This minivan has so many wonderful features and drives beautifully. I will have it for many years.

I test drove this van after having three other Toyota siennas that all performed very well. What I don’t like about this van is the center consul takes up too much room. The third row side windows do not open and since I sleep in my van, sometimes on a bed in the back, with my head near those windows, I can’t get as much fresh air as I did with all the other Sienna’s I had. The second row seats are supposed to not be able to be taken out, but I found a YouTube video that shows that you can take them out . I know it gets great gas mileage.

This car is both beautiful and dependable. What do I like about this car? It is roomy. Easy to enter and exit. Heated seats. Great storage areas for driver and passenger. Especially nice storage for groceries and cargo that drops down into the car at the rear door. Excellent visibility. Easy to enter and exit, low to the ground. A smooth ride, and good on gas. Exceleration is very good.
