Own a 2004 with over 330,000 miles. It just keeps running. As a landlord, I use it somewhat like a truck, it holds tools in the rear. Can transport 4x8 sheets of drywall and plywood with some shuffling. Hauled 1200 lbs of concrete bags behind the front row seats many times. I use the 3rd row for passengers. Have removed the second row and never replaced them. Change the oil every 5Kmi because that interval is easy to remember. And the typical timing belt and water pump (while exposed) every 100K. Just let the dealer do the brakes, they last years and don't wobble. Of course the automatic doors gave out at 200K, but you kind of expect that. They still work manually. A few strange items like a steering rack at 150K and vent window hinge gave out around then. And the drivers seat heater gave up. The problem is that this van is so good, I really hate to replace it. It's a good problem to have. I'm not hauling concrete in a brand new $50,000 Sienna.

I had a wonderful experience with this car dealership, and with mr.Dough Gerhardt in particular. I contacted them by e-mail to enquiry about a ford Mustang convertible, and I received prompt reply. They didn’t have the exact model I was looking for, but mr. Dough worked promptly with me in finding the vehocle and offering me the best price on the market. He answered all of my numerous questions (as a first car buyer you can only imagine that I had quite a few LOL) and very curteously offered me the assistance I needed, without being pushy. I ended up buying another vehicle at a dealership closer to me, especially because they were offering a special on an unlimited warranty, but I just wanted to let everybody know that I wouldn’t hesistate one second to get back with him if I needed another car today. And even when I let him know that I wasn’t buying a vehicle with them, he still very curteously replied wishing me the best of luck. Thank you, thank you, thank you! My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

This car is both beautiful and dependable. What do I like about this car? It is roomy. Easy to enter and exit. Heated seats. Great storage areas for driver and passenger. Especially nice storage for groceries and cargo that drops down into the car at the rear door. Excellent visibility. Easy to enter and exit, low to the ground. A smooth ride, and good on gas. Exceleration is very good.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

I have owned it for almost 4 years the car met my expectations. The only issue the battery didn’t last as long as expected otherwise excellent vehicle.

Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

Our 2nd Sienna and definitely the best. Other than some cheap plastic interior finishes, this is probably the best vehicle we've ever owned. Incredible reliability, excellent interior space and comfort and amazing fuel economy. Without even trying we get 33-35 mpg. When we actually try, we an easily achieve 43-44 mpg. The Air conditioning is amazing in this car, we live in AZ and it cools it down very quickly. A lot of people complain about the lack of power and loud engine, if you're not trying to race everyone around you, the Sienna performs very well. As an example, the Honda Odyssey is supposed to be the fastest and considered a performance beast but from 0-60mph it only surpassed the Sienna by less than 1 second. (6.7 seconds v 7.4 seconds). Some might say that's noticeable but let's face it, it's a minivan. This is an outstanding vehicle and I highly recommend it!

Well it fits all 7 members of my family. Has pretty good gas mileage. It is comfortable and doesn't take 3 years to get up to 35-40 miles per hour.

All good except too small of an engine for the size and weight of the minivan the v6 engine in my older minivan a better match for this size of automobile.

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

This 2022 is my 3rd Sienna, after a 2001 and a 2011. I would buy it again without hesitation. A few disappointments, which seem to be the result of cost-cutting: My '11 LE had a standard roof rack, now it is an option even on the XLE, and not a common one. Through the years, the inability to easily stow or remove the 2nd row seats has been a widespread complaint. Instead of improving that feature, they made it MUCH worse, and also told you not to try! Some people buy the Odyssey for this one reason. I would not do that. Sienna is still a better van, but what about "ongoing improvement?" They took away the left hand coin box, you can no longer open the 3rd row vent windows, the convex "back-seat observation" mirror is a TOTAL joke, they got rid of the overhead sunglass storage, they don't have a 12v connection in the hatch area, they cheaped out on the factory-installed hitch (looks like an amateur add-on), and although the vehicle is rated for 3,500 lbs towing, the optional factory hitch is the lighter-rated 1.25" size, which I think is limited to 2,500 lbs. My lower-line '11 LE had none of these shortfalls. Now, at over $40k, my upscale XLE sometimes makes me feel like I lost something. Even after this list, I love the van, and have no regrets. The benefits of AWESOME dependability, 35 mpg in or out of town, 8 passenger capability, comfort, nice styling, and quiet operation outweigh any complaints. I expect to have it until it hits 250,000 miles.

Best performing minivan on the market. Very roomy and quiet. Seems sportier than both Honda and Kia. Only wish it had full stow n go like the Chryslers.

2015 limited edition. purchased used in 2020. This is my 4th Toyota Van. 2 Previa's and 2nd Sienna. Obviously love the space, reliability, comfort and safety. Issues are: As noted in the Cars.com review, the engine is very noisy at highway speed and for some highway surfaces you may not even be able to carry a conversation with your partner sitting next to you! The Stereo isn't that great maybe due to excess outside noise or electronic interference. The Gas Door stuck closed on me. I had to pry it open, now it's loose and I have to be careful in pushing it back in place. Dealer was no help regarding a recall or warranty, and body shop was talking over $1000 to only do the paint work. I did have a fuel leak thru the rubber hose where it mates with the fuel tank that I noticed because I smelled fuel driving it from the dealer where purchased. So much for the 172 pt inspection! Problem was actually a metal rib which sits against the rubber hose and slicing thru, so I hammered the rib away from the area and put a new hose on and that fixed it. Go to the sienna forum for pictures. Also added a trailer hitch from etrailer for the occasional needs. V6 Engine itself has plenty of power and is trouble free. Overall, I love the ride, interior volume and reliability. All my garage tools are collecting dust because I don't get a chance to use them! You can put more in a minivan than in most trucks and close the rear door!
