I gave Dave a list of what I wanted in my new leased vehicle. We talked a few minutes (actually I talked, probably too much) and then he excused himself and said he would be back in about 5 minutes. When he returned he asked if I would take a look at a vehicle he had parked outside. I looked at a beautiful 2018 RAV4 XLE, got inside and he began pointing out every item which I wanted in my new vehicle and then some. I did not have to look any further. Dave just had a knack of listening and then following up by showing me what I had just asked him for. Good man! It is very easy to buy/lease a vehicle from this type of staff (including financing people but I forgot his name and his signature is worse than mine so you will have to look it up, I believe he was on loan from Honda but I won't hold that against him) and I never felt pressured at any point in the discussion. They also stand behind their sales, by contact, and I always can count on getting my questions answered with usually just one call.

This vehicle is comfortable, handles well and feels sturdy and strong. Excellent suspension; barely feel any bumps in the road. Would definitely recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable SUV.
This is my fourth Toyota, my first Corolla has over 400k miles and my son still drives it, this 2018 Camry rides nice and has a lot of pep for a 4 cylinder. I don't think you can beat it for the price
We keep our cars for a long time so I looked long & hard and decided one the Highlander. I test drive it and thought it was the most comfortable & I loved all of the safety features!
I recently traded a 2013 Lexus ES for a 2018 Lexus ES. My salesman was Aldo Franconi. Excellent experience. Aldo was very courteous, informative, pleasant, & easy to deal with. No pressure. My wife & I were with him for quite a while, asking questions, etc. We did not feel rushed. The car we wanted (color, options, etc) was on the lot and he offered us a fair deal. We picked the car up a few days ago & that also went well. We brought our grandchildren (a 5-year old & a 6-year old) with us to pick up the car. Aldo was very pleasant with them as well. MotorWorld should be proud to have him as an employee. This is the sixth car we bought (5 Lexuses, 1 Jeep) & our experience over the years has been great. My son is also pleased with MW. Years ago I described my experience with MW and since then he bought 2 Mercedes, a Cadillac, and a few others. I also have to mention that over the years I have been dealing with Dave Standarowski (Service Department) and he has also been a pleasure to deal with. He seems like he is always happy to address any issue I present. Again, very well pleased.

A shorter version of the Avalon I had before it but it is striking in its look and full of the newest driving aids. It has plenty of power for highway driving, the ECO mode gives adequate gas mileage, and it has responsive steering and enough trunk capacity for bulky loads like golf clubs. Meets my driving needs well.
On 3/30/18, my wife and I bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and a brand new Jeep Compass. The morning of the sale I responded to an eprice quote online. Laura was the first contact we had with Motorworld. She set up our appointment with Larry and made sure he knew exactly what we needed before we even talked to him. Once at the dealership Laura introduced us to Larry and checked in on us several times during the entire process. The process went very smooth with the help of Laura and Larry. This should be the end of a great review, however on the morning of 4/5/18 I woke to a completely flat tire. I was devastated, my new car was only 5 days old. I had not even had time to know roadside numbers or service contacts. I purchased the tire hazard insurance, but didn't even know what to do. I contacted Laura, because she was the number in my phone from setting up the appointment to purchase the new cars. Laura proved once again to be one of Motorworld's top employees. She facilitated everything in order to get my car tire replaced. Laura, Larry and the manager Ralph made a terrible day turn around. Thank you!

This car meets all of my needs. It is very good on gas and I really enjoy the cruise control. The radio is very nice and my seats are very comfortable.

I purchased a used 2018 Toyota R4. I love the color, style and all the features it included. Even though it is a 4 cylinder, I feel I am able to merge with traffic on the highway without a worry. And having AWD, I feel I'm ready for any winter weather! It's comfortable and just the right size without being too big.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I love the blind spot monitor! I love the lane change alert! I love getting 50 mpg or better! I had planned to get a Tesla III, but decided to stick with Prius because they just get better and better. My husband and I were the first two car Prius family in Broward and we continue to be a Prius family. He is driving his sixth.
I was looking to buy a used car. I knew make, model, mileage and price that I wanted. Found one on Ray Price website. Talked to them as I did not want to drive 200 miles and find a problem. Everything they said was accurate and I found exactly what I wanted. What a great team of professionals. An excellent experience.

This vehicle has plenty of horsepower. It pulls my 7,000 lbs travel trailer with a quad in the bed of the truck with no problems. The truck comes pre-wired for towing trailers with trailer brakes. It is easy to understand how to adjust the trailer braking. The technology in the truck is great. My Apple i-phone works great with the radio. The seats are very comfortable for long trips. The ride is very comfortable. I love how the radar cruise operates and the automatic light system. Great truck.

We got this car to help accommodate our growing family- 2 adults, 2 dogs, 1 kid, and planning for more. We were deciding between the RAV4 and the CRV and ultimately thought that the RAV4 met more of our needs for cargo, performance, and price.
I was looking for a awd suv for my daughter and found a crv in my price range. The process was pretty quick compared to previous experiences at other dealerships. What made it a pleasent experience, is that they didn't make me feel like this was the last car on earth and had to buy that day. Would recommend 100%

This is my second Highlander. First went to 263,000 before I trade it in. Looking forward to having over 250,000 miles on this one. Have had zero major repairs on either Highlander.
I have wanted to buy a Rava4 for years and in October 2018, I was able to purchase it from Hendrick Toyota in Apex, N.C. My salesman, Alston worked with me and gave me a good deal on it. I have not regretted buying it. I enjoyed everything about it and if I was to purchase another one after some years have passed, it would be another Rava4.
I love the backup camera the comfortable seating and Sharp design. Very roomy and large trunk! Exceptional gas mileage!!!! A smooth ride! Smooth, Sexy, and Sleek
Nothing was ever wrong with it really... I drove it for many years and didn't have any major problems. The paint started bubbling at the wheel well around 5 years in though

No Apple Play, so you’re basically stuck with aftermarket GPS like Waze... and I like Waze. Toyota put Apple Play in the 2019.., no help for the 2018
