We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

My 2010 Prius with the solar panel package has been the best car I’ve ever owned. At 180k miles it drives like a dream and I’ve never had to replace anything besides the brakes. If I drive right I actually get 60-85 mpg. It’s a really wonderful car. I expect another 50 to 100k more miles out of it.

I absolutely recommend this car if you need a workhorse to drive you back and forth and not to die on you. A couple things about this car --- 200k miles with multiple total-loss level accidents because my jobs at the time had me on the road most days. Still running strong. I just took it on an interstate road trip and it doesn't miss a beat. This car is hard to kill. I don't know how this thing was built by Toyota but it is seriously impressive value for the money. Worth literally every penny for what I've squeezed out of it so far. Cons: the disrespect you get is insane. I've driven other cars and the hate that this car receives in particular is laughable. Also the performance is ridiculously bad, which everyone knows. One way to sum this up, I had a friend of mine once say, "It's hard to look another man in the eye while getting out of a Prius."

I am the original owner of my 2004 Toyota Highlander purchased with 8 miles on it ( my test drive miles =))... it currently has 419,100 miles. Original engine, transmission etc... Some upkeep throughout the years... but She's still pushing and running smoothly. What's the saying " til the wheels fall off" which shouldn't be anytime soon because I just purchased new tires last year. =))). Best vehicle ever, very reliable, sturdy, and fun to drive....we have been through a lot.

We bought our 2004 Solara from the Toyota dealership (used) in 2005. I use it exclusively and it is the best car I have ever owned. It has never let me down, never had any problems beyond normal wear and tear. As noted by other reviewers, the seat is not the most comfortable but I was able to solve that problem with a small back cushion that fills in the lower back gap. Gas mileage is good, sound system great, and it’s still a fine looking car. I’ve had it rust-proofed and there are no serious issues in that department. I have a great mechanic who does twice-yearly maintenance on it, and I’ve had she usual run of wear and tear fixes, but definitely nothing out of the ordinary. If you find one on the used car market, snap it up. Mine is now 20 years old and it is not for sale.

My filipina wife and I bought our 2007 Toyota yaris Sedan in 2007 and it's been running great ever since! We thank GOD for it everyday. Starts good (interstate battery) and runs well. We are grateful for it! Hope and pray it lasts another two to five years or more. It's not luxury, it's not flashy, it's not high maintenance, it's just a reliable little vehicle. GOD is good!

I have 212k miles and it still drives great and looks good. Only needed all the regular maintenance. Size is perfect. Love the back up camera and Bluetooth.

I have bought many cars in my life, and this is the best experience I have ever had. I was looking for a higher mileage but nice car for my wife, and found just what I wanted on this lot. The car was in much nicer condition than you would expect for a 2013. When I went to drive it I found out it had new tires, brakes and struts, which was not in the original description. These folks know customer service! It was certainly worth the 45 minute drive to buy this car.

I bought this car used with under 40,000 miles in 2014. I have been driving it ever since and currently have 272,000 miles on it. After multiple accidents and repairs it has been an extremely reliable and dependable car. Up until 250,000 I would have still driven it across multiple states. My biggest complaint is the quality of paint and the exterior design being so poor. Last year I replaced the timing belt and that was the biggest cost I've had on the car. It is beginning to throw check engine lights randomly and is burning oil - oil needs to be refilled every 1000-1500 miles now. Overall it is still a dependable vehicle around town if you are managing the oil.

Was looking for a commuter car for my husband. Found the Honda Fit online and drive down from Lafayette just to look at it. The staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They met us at the car with key in hand so we could get in and take a closer look. The entire vehicle was extremely clean- inside, out and under the hood. There are some minor exterior imperfections- all had been noted online with photos. We asked about other vehicles on the lot. They showed us 3 other cars, but after discussion about what we needed from the car- they actually reconfirmed we wanted the Fit. (Which was the cheapest of the car showed). It is greatly appreciated they didn’t just push more costly vehicles on us. Will recommend them to friends and will definitely work with them again when the time comes for our next vehicle.

My grandma drove this car off the lot, brand new. Has been a great car. After a few years it was passed on to my mom, then my dad, and now me. I’ve driven this car for 3 years now but unfortunately there is too much maintenance to be done for the money. Around 160k miles for us it has had minimal issues so I’d say it’s a great car. It started when we got back from a trip and one of the cylinders were misfiring (which was a spark plug and an easy fix). Around 170k miles we were driving it and it ended up overheating. We got it towed and it ended up being the water pump going out (as well as the serpentine belt needing to be replaced). After that we drove it for a few weeks but it started running rough, then we went to go home from work one night and it was idling super rough so we drove it home and decided not to use it until we could get it towed to a mechanic. It was blowing out lots of white smoke. Turns out the head gasket has blown (which we think was from the overheating done originally). Car has officially made it to 173k miles. We were hoping more but it’s not horrible considering. Something to look out for is this also burns a lot of oil. Be sure to check it often, every two weeks depending on how much you drive. Wish the engine had a recall or something for that issue. Overall great car but from my reading, don’t get a 2007-2013 if used since these are the years for oil consumption issues.

For a brand new car I thought it would be cleaner when I received it and theres a mark on the driver’s side of the windshield that I can’t get off and the dealer doesn’t seem to be in a hurry to help me.

It is 2023, and I've been driving this car for 19 years with no problems. It has well over 600,000 miles on it, but I wouldn't know because the odometer maxed out at 299,999 back in 2013.

Having problems with the driver side, side door and rear door. Rear door is coming down when you are still standing under it. Side door won't close,or unlock properly.

My son and I was on a car buying mission on Saturday February 22nd 2025. We started our journey at Indy Luxary Autos on Pendelton Pike to be let down. So we went on to our original plan and headed for Indy Auto Center on Michigan Rd., originally my son was after a 2013 Baby Blue Chrysler 200 that he seen roughly about a week prior on the internet and absolutely wanted it. I called on our way to the dealership to make sure it was still available and told Sami that we would be there in 30 minutes not knowing it would take all of that 30 minutes to get there from Pendleton Pike to his location on Michigan Rd. When we arrived there was a bit of a snafu. Well long story short version a set of lady's came in 10 minutes after we had talked on the phone (Sami thought it was us) and they took the car we was after out on a test drive with it being first come first serve and we understood that. Now in the mean time of them only supposed to be on 15 minute test (the ladys where gone for at least 45 minutes) drive they took us to another 200 that was a year older a bit nore in price by like $900.00 and it really caught my son's eye to the point they pulled it out and got it all situated for him to take it out. Now the other car was still on a test drive when the other one we was offered was ready to be taken out. We eneded taking them both out and my son fell in love with 2nd car that Sami showed us and his family even gave us HUGE discount for all trouble that we went through. I was very pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Now I'm not going to lie I was worried that something might go wrong because you just never know with used cars but it hasn't and he has drove it everywhere. I'm very greatful for Smai and his team they where kind courteous and very helpful. I was originally going to post the review the day we bought the car but I wanted to make sure it was solid and that his crew and dealership was worthy of a very amazing review and I couldn't be happier with our choice of car or dealership. Bought this car in 2003 and it is still going strong in 2025 after more than 180000 miles. Lots of interior space. Outstanding reliability, never let me down in 20+ years. Needed some replacements of consumable parts: shocks, exhaust, radiator. Above all, it is still a pleasure to drive!

I was a new grad and bought my first car (Toyota Corolla) from here.. The guys actually listened to my wants vs. needs and helped me find the most reliable option since I had a 2-hour daily commute to work. It has ran great for 3+ years and all i did was regular maintanence updates on it.. If you're having problems with a car (from here or anywhere...), there's a good chance it's more about how it's being taken care of than the car itself.. I made sure to do my research, speak with third-party mechanics about it before buying, and stayed true to upkeep with monthly checks. It goes a long way so you don't miss anything 6 months down the line that it was warning you about before. I recently sold it to upgrade to a larger car, but I'll always appreciate the guidance I got when making such an important first purchase. If you're looking for a dealership, that won't purposely sell you a horrible car, this is the place i felt most comfortable with after speaking with 10+ dealers.

Bought this car a year ago with 92k miles. I have put 5000 miles on it since then and have not experienced any issues. Great car for everyday driving, rides smooth and runs well. Also pretty good on gas.

Blacked out Mustang Gt, car is extremely fun to drive. I was told about few minor things before purchasing but seller was accommodating and the price definitely was a good deciding factor. Seller did explain a couple of things that wasn't required of him. I would recommend these guys.

Its a utilitarian stripped down Access Cab. Plenty of power with the V6 and tugs like a tugboat with 4WD. A dog can fit in the Access seat; people? Not so much.

Overall it was a good experience. I bought a 2013 Audi A4 from them, and although the car had a list of issues, I bought the car knowing full well all of them. I was unsure if I should buy the car or not, but Ralph made sure I was comfortable with the purchase by allowing me to take the car to a mechanic to do a pre purchase inspection. I learned about the issues with the car, made sure I would be able to fix them, and bought the car for a much lower price them what's normally asked for that car with only 82k miles. So far, the car has been great!

This is the longest lasting - 12 years and counting- and reliable vehicle ever owned (8 cars in 55 years). I am a first time Toyota owner and will replace it someday with another Toyota brand.

Service was great, the staff was very friendly & professional. Had an issue pairing my old flip phone, got an error message and needed an update. The dealership fixed the issues free of charge.

I4, SE, Torque Converter recall was only major problem, now pushing 377K mi. Required maintenance items, brakes, tires, this machine is built to last. Did radiator, water Pump & Alternator. Great Highway car!

Love my car I purchased USED however I was told by a co-worker that the car had a recall on the Dashboard being sticky ( which mine is) I never did get the recall notice so I called the Toyota dealership and was advised that yes there was but it ended and the cost to get the dashboard fixed was $175.00. This car is very economical. Great gas mileage and very easy to maintain. Be certain to change the oil and filter. Rotate tires and check the brakes every 10K miles. Realize what this car is all about - it is not a high performance car but for transportation inexpensive cost per mile it is SUPER.

We had a great experience getting our Honda CRV. They had exactly what we wanted at a great price. We put money down and then went with financing with our bank. We paid a little more for an extended warranty for piece of mind. John was friendly and easy to work with. The sales staff were friendly, helpful, and not pushy. The lot was packed with inventory. The office area was small and could use some updating. They had snacks and drinks while waiting. It’s not fancy, but friendly.

We owned our Sequoia for 6 years and have used it mostly as a daily commuter / sports shuffler, but we have also used it to run around town with a trailer to pick up 1-2 tons of rock / sand / dirt / firewood instead of having to pay for deliveries. We've also used it to pull campers over the last 3 years (pop-ups, hybrids, and now a TT). The Sequoia is rock solid and always stands up to whatever task we put up against it.
