I'm sending a shout out to Stacey in the service department of AutoMaxx. Recently, the seatbelt buckle malfunctioned on my BMW 530I that I bought from them. I frantically went to the department to get the buckle repaired. While getting my car checked in, Stacey decided to take the initiative to look at the buckle herself. I've owned this car for at least a year now. And the ride comfort is better than they say. It is on the road I'm impressed with the off-road. Ability of this vehicle. Love the looks and the style. I was actually looking for a truck. When I bought this but I'm glad I made my decision for the forerunner.

I got tired of the game at other dealerships, Carmax was transparent, professional, and friendly. I can't see how anyone could give them any less then 5 stars, and I am a tough customer, when it comes to customer service!!!

Own a 2014. Best bang for your buck for a 8 seater. I'm at 200k miles with just the usual oil changes and tires when needed. Only 1 downside to these cars are the markups from dealerships.

2021 xse, ride is a little hard. A car you really have to drive which I like. Great mileage 38 to 40 mpg. I'm pleased, the car is loaded with extras. Bought new a little pricey would purchase another one.

I have been a customer of Hudson Nissan since 2015. Mikey Lam was my sales rep for our last two leases. I absolutely do not like buying a car. In college many years ago,I wrote a paper on buying a car from a vending machine. It takes too long, it's boring, negotiations are tiring. But Mikey was nothing but professional , and patient.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

Brought my Camry in for it's first service. Chrissy was awesome.! She got me in and out in a jiffy.

For the size of motor it's surprisingly powerful. The transmission is smart and performs when needed, use the manual shift when needed. The ride is smooth, the suspension superior on the freeway handling anything I ask of it nicely. Off road it has traction features galore, nothing left for complaints. Best truck I ever owned.

Starting the process for looking for a new to us van and CarMax was one of our stops. They had one we were really interested in, but between trade-in value and non-negotiable pricing (which we knew in advance) we realized it wouldn't fit our price range. Ryan was responsive, but not oppressive.

I owned 2006 Matrix and loved that car and so I purchased new 2013 model and hand down the older one to my daughter. Both cars were manual transmission, the ride is little bumpy but I don't care, great economy, great room for stuff like my push mower and very reliable, I don't have to worry about what is going to break next. Unfortunately Toyota stopped making them my 2013 model is the last year.

I love the Toyota Tundra, back in 2002, I was looking for a Tundra 4-dr, yet I was advised by the dealership that they would not be out until 2018, which was a lie, so I bought a 2003 extend cab. It served me well up to 2021, when a careless driver rammed me from behind while stopped in traffic at over 100 MPH totaling my truck, the truck saved my wife and I live that day. I bought a 2016 Tacoma in super white, yet after 2 years of ownership the paint is peeling and found this to be a problem with faulty work at one paint shop, they were using. I am waiting for Toyota to correct the problem, before getting another, White works best out here in AZ.

My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! I bought my ‘19 Camry SE used with less than 10k miles and I’ve just passed the 50k mile mark. My ownership experience has been very positive. You can’t go wrong with this as your daily driver as it has great fuel efficiency, enough power and is a comfortable ride. Highly recommend!

I purchased my new 2014 Pure White Camry from Fred Anderson Toyota in Dec. 2013. I could not have been happier at that time with the service provided from the sales experience to my experience with the service department. That all changed when my vehicle was part of the defective paint issue they acknowledged in 2020. Trying to get it remedied became an extremely frustrating process over an almost 3 yr. period. I was ready to give up and sell the car at a loss but decided to try one more time. I called Fred Andersons Service dept. to discuss with the service manager, Bill DePriest. That was my lucky day! I was prepared for another exhausting process but Bill without question or hesitation immediately got the ball rolling to get my car repaired. He immediately got Jackson Trhlin involved in the scheduling and within 6 weeks my car was repaired and looks new...Every follow-up exchange I had with him was responsive, pleasant and respectful. Thanks to Bill I was finally heard and acknowledged. I felt the care and concern he had for my earlier exhausting experience. He made it his mission to get me taken care of as soon as possible...The level of service and responsiveness I received from him was amazing. Shoutout to Jackson too for getting me on the schedule quickly as well... My interaction with Bill and the expedient repair of my paint issue that he facilitated renewed my faith in Toyota and in particular Fred Anderson of Charleston. I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

I have 89,000 miles on my 2017 Tacoma SR. It has been a great truck except for a couple small issues and one larger issue. The big problem started 3 months ago when the AC compressor started seizing up. Took it to the Toyota dealer for service. I have been waiting on an OEM compressor for over 3 months. Unable to get one even though I had to pay $1000.00 dollars up front to the dealer before they would order it.

Went into the Carmax store just to look for a car for future purchase. I was greet immediately by Mr. Carl R Emery and from there things went smoothly. We asked about cars and he talk to us a little about them and told us to have a look and call on him if we need to look in, test drive or just ask question about any of the vehicles. We end up buying a car! Customer service was great and now we will have to drive the car for a little while before I will make any comments. OVERALL the experience.

Great truck! Superior power sleek design. Gas mileage is no where near as advertised 17 mpg they say 23 complete lie. Love the laptop interior design is great.

My wife drives this vehicle and she is a small gal. She said it fits her great and rides very smooth. Gas mileage isnt the best but she doesnt drive it everyday so its not a big deal for us .

JR Castillo - Toyota North Austin got in the perfect vehicle. It fits my whole family. It has space for my soccer mom items. The quality and care provided to me by JR was exceptional! The whole experience was like a ride on the park, easy with JR.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.
