I traded in my 2008 Toyota 4 Runner and was pleasantly surprised how much they gave me as a trade in towards the purchase of a 2017 Toyota 4 Runner. We really enjoyed working with Cole. He was very professional and we were impressed with his the Honda Fit we were interested in, even though they primarily sell Toyota's. Cole made sure that we test drove the vehicle in a variety of different terrains. It made us feel this was the vehicle that we really wanted. We also liked the fact that when we picked up the car it was very clean. One minor point. When we were driving the car home we realized that someone never took off the dealer cardboard plate that was covering both the front and back MN license plates. Thanks for all you did.

Went in get a recall serviced and get my console looked at under warranty. The staff was AMAZING, incredibly nice and knowledgeable. My only complaint was due to a situation out of their control. They wanted to charge me $185 to update software in my console to see if that would fix my issue. This wasn't covered under my warranty, and seems like an awful corporate decision to me. Again I can't stress enough how great the service staff here was to work with

From start to finish, this was the best buying experience I've had. Cameron was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. I told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. He went over everything before I signed to insure transparency. I never felt pressured. At delivery, he went over the entire vehicle to make sure I understood how my new car worked, and insisted I contact him if there were questions once I got it home. I am always stressed buying a car. Don't know why, just am. Walking into IRA started out same as usual. Stressed and jittery but soon that changed. Adam introduced himself in a bright and happy voice. Showed us the cars I asked about. Didn't try to upsell me into a SUV I didn't want.
