Mark Williams general manage is a man you can do business with with a handshake a man of his word. There was a problem with the AC it would work for a month and sometimes you go out for a day but Nicole mark Williams told me as soon as it went out they would take care of it Nicole with Mark Williams had it fixed like they said I understand they see so many people and it's hard to remember everyone they had to dig and look a paperwork but they took care of everything I'm telling if you're tired of messing with used cars listen I'm no salesman carry Toyota will take care of you believe that.

Great car overall but have have had problems with radio/screen. Needed to go back to dealer to reboot. As a current owner of now 2 Toyotas only disappointment was service.

After purchase I immediately took the car on an 800 mile road trip. It is much more comfortable and rides more smoothly than our older RAV4 and had plenty of pep for highway driving. Averaged over 37 MPG at highway speed of 70-80 MPH. Would have liked a power hatchback but overall I’m very satisfied with the options that came with it as an LE model.

This is the second time I've dealt with Donald. He's honest, very personable, and not pushy. If you go to Dry Ridge for your next car, ask for him.

I love these trucks! They are comfortable and versatile. I have owned several and will only drive an FJ Cruiser. The towing capacity is amazing and it’s a low maintenance vehicle

Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

I purchased a new 21 Limited with the Advanced Tech package And Limited Grade All Weather package. Its very very loud under acceleration. The highway pavement noise and wind noise are barely tolerable. I have a bad back the seats are fantastic and I have a bad back they are great on long trips. Constantly Averaging 28mpg it’s dependable and I know it will hold its value.

Bought used in 2018. Car has been incredibly reliable. Besides one brake job, one set of tires, and one battery I have not done anything except oil changes. Not even a taillight.

I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

My experience was great, Mr. Lee helped explain everything as an inexperienced buyer and they helped out a ton! The car is also in good quality and was kept clean.

Overall, the RAV4 is a great car for commuting, families of four, and space. The RAV4 is the best when it comes to reliability. The RAV4 is very spacious in the second row and the trunk and the car offers comfortable seats. The RAV4 gets okay fuel economy but it does do decent in the snow. However there are some things that it lacks. The RAV4's navigation system is very frustrating to use, just use google maps instead. The RAV4's interior quality is not that great either, there are tons of fake buttons and plastic throughout the interior, but no one who buys a RAV4 cares about the interior. The RAV4 has decent styling, but it is not as stylish as the Mazda CX-5. The RAV4 only has 1 engine option, but does not feel underpowered. The RAV4 also doesn't have a very quiet or comfortable ride. Even though the seats are comfortable, the ride is loud and the inside rattles frequently. If you don't care about luxury and want a practical, reliable car, the RAV4 is perfect.

I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

My husband and I recently purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota RAV4 through Marshall Dry Ridge Toyota, with Bob Snow. We have absolutely nothing but incredible things to say about our experience at this dealership, and more importantly, with Bob in specific. He was beyond patient and willing to do anything he could to get us the best deal, and make sure we got everything we wanted in the car. When we decided to purchase the car, Bob came back in on his day off and took his time explaining the interior features, and let us have another test drive, all on his day off. We recently sold our 100 series land Cruiser and while we absolutely loved it while we owned it. I have to say that our 2021 limited Sequoia is everything that our 100 series LC should have been. Sure I miss how amazingly over built and reliable our LC was and not to mention the status quo of owning a LC. But the pleasure of having room to fit the entire family, 2 dogs and all of the gear we need for family outings, we simply could not get with our 100 series. The Sequoia even has features our LC didn't. Its cavernous inside, ridiculously comfortable and more cost effective to maintain than the LC. The Sequoia has the same Toyota reliability and V8 power as a LC and towing capacity is more than adequate for our needs. The Sequoia has just enough electronics to meet our needs without all the doodads we don't care for. The Sequoia interior for us, is the perfect combination of luxury, functionality and simplicity. We yearn for the days when 4wd's were 4wd's and didn't cost as much as a down payment on a house. The LC believe it or not got the same MPG roughly than our Sequoia does now and its lifted on 35's. The Sequoia has the almost the same 4wd system as the LC and trust me when I say the Sequoia has gone everywhere our LC has taken us. We are Toyota fanatics who presently own a 4runner and a Tacoma and have owned previous generations of both platforms. The Sequoia simply checked all the boxes for our family needs and at $30,000 or $40,000 less than a 200 series LC (USED). Our 2021 Sequoia is the best Toyota product we have ever purchased for our family and hands down the best bang for our buck, especially with inflated car prices.

We bought a brand new Venza 2 years ago. The purchase was good & zero problem with service. Do not fall for the scam with Marshall care. It’s not worth $3000. You have to go through sales to schedule and appointment, then service to get oil changed. And to make it even more of a hassle, the CUSTOMER has to do the coordination of the two. These two services don’t communicate with each other! Each time we have used it, It’s 3 plus hours ordeal, not to mention the time they “forgot” to detail it… or the the time they neglected to clean the interior… or the time the head guy was contacted… If you live close & can drop it off for the day it maybe beneficial. We could have bought a lifetime’s worth of cleaning at a fancy car wash & been in and out faster and with more reliable service.

This vehicle is very expensive to repair/parts. I've been hit a couple times already and the paint alone is very expensive / orange is what it appears as..

Not the most technologically advanced but that is what I was looking for, keep it simple! The features it has are the important ones, at least to me. This is my third one since 2011 and I love not having to bringing them in for repairs.

I love my 2013 RAV4. It runs great. I haven’t had any problems with it. The key is to always keep up the maintenance Toyota makes the best cars.

It’s a 2023 so it only has 25’000 miles on it at this time, but I’m absolutely satisfied with the purchase. Sure, it’s not designed to be fast, ultra-comfortable, fuel efficient, but it excels in handling rough ranch roads and rough Dallas city potholes, nice narrow body for tight parking. It’s great as a highway cruiser, and the secret of the 4Runner is if you go 30-40mph over a fairly level road (AC off) you’ll hit 60mpg! Quite happy with it, a real urban assault vehicle, wish they came with a better selection of exterior colours though 👍

I LOVE my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a car more. It’s the perfect size for me. It has great visibility and I love the amenities like having parking sensors and navigation. It has mood lighting inside, auto brights which my previous car did not have. There are so many little things I love about this car. Also, Toyota came out with many “Easter eggs” with the Corolla Cross logo, which are always fun to find! The ride is comfortable. I’ve done a 14 hour drive to Colorado within the first year of owning the vehicle and it handled perfectly. It also snowed while we were there and we had no challenges navigating the mountains while in my FWD Corolla Cross. This was my first new car and I’m so impressed! Toyota has great reliability and I’m glad I chose the Corolla Cross as my first new car!
