He was very professional and happy to answer our questions. We explained our price range and the type of vehicles we were interested in. My husband and I were pressed for time that day so we exchanged emails. The same day Randy sent photos for us to review. He understood that we were not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle and was willing to work with us until the right car came along. At no time did we feel pressured or hassled. Seven days after meeting Randy we were test driving vehicles. My husband and I were still undecided until he showed us one of the cars he included in an email. It was exactly what we were looking for and the car went home with us that day. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles but never walked away talking about the person who sold us the car. The Prius v hybrid is an excellent choice for me. I'm pretty tall so most cars or SUVs have limited head room for me. But the Prius v has excellent head room and easy to get in. It's comfortable to drive with plenty of room. The gas mileage is excellent. I expected the performance to be lacking but found it more than sufficient The cargo space is excellent with the seats folded down. And the back seat has great head and leg room due to it's sliding seats. I am extremely happy with the Toyota Prius. It's just a well made and reliable vehicle. I know it was hard to find Prius models to purchase and amazed their Prius models available with over.200k miles. Well done Toyota.

I called the dealership and spoke to Gary Koch. I found him to be very personable and knowledgeable. We discussed the online price and agreed to purchase the car. I am not local and handled the preliminary paperwork over the phone. Once everything was confirmed I booked a flight and Gary offered to pick me up. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes. Gary made the car buying process super easy and enjoyable. I also received an exceptional deal.

So my wife picked it out Nov 2014. I was a little apprehensive, but the price was right. It had 9miles and we now have 50,056. The only issue was the front air dam between the wheels. Pull to close to the parking block and it will tear off when you back out. Never bothered to replace it. With gas on the rise our timming was really good. I'd get another V but it was discontinued. Versatile is a perfect description for it. Happy shopping 😁 It really handy size wise and mileage is super.

As a proud owner of a 2004, 2 Gen Prius with 170K miles, we just brought our second Prius, . . . this time a 2016 Prius V. We love the smooth ride and comfort of the Prius V, as well as the spacious interior, cargo space, and the fuel economy. The single drawback is its exterior look. I think it is the ugliest car on the road. It reminds me of a wide-mouth bass, . . . referring to the front grille. Oh well, you can't have everything!

No surprises, just a straightforward buying experience. They responded to inquiries in a timely manner and lived up to their promises. We drove from western Kentucky and it was worth the trip.

Never failed me in hot weather. Just don't forget to service regularly and it will drive for many miles. The market value is always very good too so you loose little money if you sell it.

First of all, the dealership had a car I was interested in. The dealership was ready for my appointment and the car was ready to drive. Slight negotiations and we finalized the deal. The dealership exceeded my expectations.

Super spacious wagon-style Prius. All seats are very comfortable, and it's got a lot of cargo capacity. I prioritized fuel efficiency for this purchase, and obviously the Prius delivers. I live in MN and have twice gotten stuck on an icy hill in this car when starting from a standstill - may necessitate snow tires next season. And the acceleration is the opposite of punchy - but you should already know that if you're looking at Priuses. Overall I'm happy with the value.

I purchased a 2014 Corvette here and the process was excellent. My salesperson Eric made sure the car was perfect and that I understood how to use all of the controls. Very plesant and easy to do business with.

The V glides way faster than the C probably because of the weight. I find it hard on the brakes. We got ours at 36,000 miles and someone killed the rotors. I always shifted to B in the Prius C and the shifts in my V are less fluent. The V is quieter has a deeper pitch. The exhaust of the Prius C 2014 was more of a tinny acceleration. Prius C could not pass anyone because the C had little power. The V can. The gas mileage is totally worth having a prius C.

Staff , location, cleanliness, waiting area are all great. Communication while there very good. Everyone that I had contact with friendly . no issues whatsoever.

coming up on 95000 miles. 45-55 MPG. Its a 4 and optioned out. Quite competent. Easy to drive. Didn't buy it for looks, but it has grown on me, lol Most important, wife loves it.

My daughter needed a new car and asked for my help. I spent the first week trying to work with dealerships that either refused to provide accurate pricing or loaded their quote with thousands of dollars of useless dealer options when they did. Gillman provided an accurate quote via email and honored it at the time of sale. Our sales consultant, Zee Usmani, was wonderful to work with and the finance department was very professional with no high-pressure tactics. We were in and out with the new car in about three hours, including the test drive. Do yourself a favor and consider a Gilman dealership for your next new car.

This dealership is the greatest in the metro Detroit MI and around the Toledo OH areas. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate on a 2025 Hybrid Toyota Camry. This dealership was the only one that would negotiate with me. It was also the nicest dealership. I negotiated with them on 1/27/25. That is a time period when dealerships should negotiate. Dealerships make bonuses based on monthly quotas, incentives, etc. Sales people are normally only commission pay in the car sales business. If they don't rnake there quota they need to pay back the dealership for a pro ration of there quota shortage. Please learn about commission only payment for employees. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate pricing on the camry. This dealership answered my many questions. They didn't push me to come into there dealership. They respected my request to communicate via only by email (until I was ready to make a phone call to the dealership). They still do not phone me after I phoned them and honored my communicate by just email. I didn't agree with a charge dealerships gives to customers. This dealership was the only one negotiable on that charge. When I received my new vehicle the tank was filled up with gas. It was also very clean. They also threw in some options with my negotiated price. Don't waste much time calling other dealerships. This dealership is the only one that will give you respect. This dealership is the only one that will be negotiable. The other dealerships did not even want to give me $1.00 off the price. Also, the dealership will give you the out the door price. The dealership will not do the usual games of pushing you for "what do you want for a monthly payment". Also, I wasn't lied to by this dealership. I caught at least one lie from one person at every other dealership. Normally, if i were talking to more than one person it would be at least one lie per person per dealership. I also shopped at dealerships for a used vehicle this past summer. i followed the same procedures. all of the same things happened to me this past summer. it is very sad and sick. sadly, in the summer time page toyota didn't have my sought after vehicle. after my experience in the summertime i was exhausted from the horrible experiences. i have to shop so that is why i'm back shopping for a vehicle. 160k. And she still runs. Have not had any mechanical issues or major repairs. Can’t figure out why I have not done anything to the brakes. Have stayed current with maintenance all with Toyota Dealers in the country, including oil changes.

There are so many options here! I had a specific payment I wanted monthly & I’m also very picky with interior. Fuller helped me find exactly what I wanted in the price range I was looking for. Kole was also very helpful with speaking to my grandparents & helping me find the best interest rate. All the boys in there are super welcoming & make what could be a stressful time, fun & smooth. I’ve had my 2020 Kia Soul for about 2 years & never had one problem & I have a longer commute for work, I am so very happy!

I still love my priusv.Bought it new in oct.2012 went to Florida 6 winter with it I change oil every 6 month.very good on gas.In 10 yr. I put a set of wiper at one time. At my last inspection last October 2022 I had to have new brake in the back. That was it new tires of course.I can almost give it a 5 star but l will give it a 4.8 red & beige inside.
