This is my fourth Toyota, my first Corolla has over 400k miles and my son still drives it, this 2018 Camry rides nice and has a lot of pep for a 4 cylinder. I don't think you can beat it for the price
It is super clean for its age and it has been the most reliable car for me. I have had zero problems with it. I recommend this car to anyone I know and that's how good it is.
Great buying process in and out in 2 hours and love the truck

The truck is exactly what I was looking for. It took a while to find one with the trim package and bed length (LB) that I was looking for in a price and color I wanted. It was worth the wait. Love the truck, it's features, ride and roominess. Great value. Just bought it 10 days ago, but loving it.

BEST car buying experience EVER!!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This vehicle is comfortable, handles well and feels sturdy and strong. Excellent suspension; barely feel any bumps in the road. Would definitely recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a reliable SUV.
Hank and his team were very helpful. They were able to get me from the test drive to the purchase within 35-50 minutes.
I got a good rate for the financing, and a very nice check for my old truck.
Overall great experience.

This truck meets all of my needs. Perfect for hauling travel trailer with included tow package. I am very satisfied with my Tundra. Also, my kids have plenty of room to stretch during long trips.
My 2011 Mazda 3 had developed a strange electrical issue - the reading lights would come on randomly and the car alarm would go off just as randomly. I always have this car serviced at Maita Mazda, Sacramento. I took it in and the problem was quickly diagnosed: a faulty rear door latch was causing the reading lights to come on and the alarm to go off. While I had the car in, I had the 90,000 mile service done. Ricky Monsod is our "go-to" service advisor at Maita. He always treats us right (we have "his and hers Mazda-ratis") and sees to it that our cars are well-maintained. The dealership overall is the best I've ever dealt with regardless of the make of car I've owned in the past. The excellent service at Maita Mazda has helped make my wife and I very loyal Mazda owners. As a footnote, we are very happy to see that Maita is now giving complementary car washes to service customers. My car was delivered back to me sparkling clean.

I was surprised at the gas mileage I get on the highway! At times 30 plus miles to the gallon. It has pickup when I need it too. I added a trailer hitch because it is needed at times. Car pulls a trailer fine! Seats are very comfortable. I like the dashboard arrangement of the 2015 Rav4 that my wife has than the arrangement of the 2017 model. Downside, turning on a street at night. The headlights do not illuminate the area that I am turning into very well. Love the radar, works very well on the highway.
My initial online enquiry was responded to promptly, and when I called up, they made me comfortable enough to come in to the dealership. I got a fair price for my trade-in and I left with a vehicle I am very happy of, an Infiniti M56. Thanks Al (salesman at dealership). I highly recommend these dealership.

I test drove and compared the 2018 Honda Pilot, Nissan Murano, and Toyota Highlander. I chose the Highlander for reliability and all around better car for our needs and taste. I got the AWD XLE as it seemed to be the best version for the money. I liked the looks of the captain chairs in the second row, but opted for the full bench instead for friendlier seating for three adults instead of having to put one in the third row which is more for kids than adults. So far I love the car and the MPG has been very respectful.
The team at Niello Audi are the "bomb diggity"! I worked with the Internet Sales division to buy my new A3 Cab and they were simply AWESOME! Shout out to Phillip and Kyle for their SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUICK FOLLOW-THROUGH for a seamless experience! These guys tag teamed to help me out when one of them was not available, and it was seamless for me - excellent service from start to finish!
Oh - let me not forget to mention that I went to Sacramento from Los Angeles to purchase this car because it was the only one in the state built exactly how I wanted it and the team at Niello Audi made it worth the trip! Thanks guys and Nicole too in finance of course! You're the BEST!

This car suits all my needs! Drive is responsive with multiple mode of drives like economic, sports and regular! I am satisfied with its safety alert system like in-lane warning, emergency active accident deterrent alert, and so on! I have a few recommendations:
1. I hit my head a few times when I got in the driver seat because the roof is low and it hurts my neck,
2. The interior noise from engine could be hurt while accelerating, sound proof needs improved
3. The extra small side view attachment mirror is too small and far from the main side view mirror, making difficulty to view , could it be a side camera instead to detect and alert the traffic at the blind angle?

In all honesty we, pretty much, bought it on a whim and are very happy with it. It rides wonderfully, has plenty of power and is loaded with lots of extras.
What a pleasant Surprise! I looked at several cars on this lot and was pleased to see how well they were set up. Clean and mechanically sound (I didn't see the usual oil leak stains, etc). The salesman took his time and helped me find a vehicle that fit my needs. In the office you can see these people love cars, and want to make the experience easy and straightforward. A nice family runs this lot. I am very happy with the car and the time spent there. Give them a try, you will like it.

I'm a long term Toyota lover. I've owner Camry's, Corolla, 2 Land Cruisers, Avalon and just bought this used. I forgot how wonderful Toyota trucks are. I want to add ,how the brand holds its value above any other brand. There is an reason for that;) This vehicle has 104k miles ,2 owners and pages of service records. I felt confident about my purchase and look forward to 300k miles together. What a great ride!
I went through Consumer Reports online option so that I could complete as much of my car search and negotiations at arm???s length. Having all the info in writing allows me to think logically, choose exactly what I need, and compare prices, values, and features. I get anxious heebee-geebees having to go up against a salesperson and decide about anything on the spot. When that happens, i always end up feeling that I???ve been bamboozled. Mostly the Consumer Reports ???True Car??? approach worked, with just a few hitches. The first big hitch is that when you sign up, you have to provide both a phone number and an email address. There is no way on the signup to indicate one???s preference for contact, or whether there is a problem with any form of contact. (For example, I???m a teacher, and it is absolutely not OK to call me during the school day, which almost all of them did.) So, within three minutes of clicking yes for quotes, my phone started ringing and dozens of emails began pouring in, sometimes from multiple agents at the same dealership. And since Consumer Reports sends the request to three different dealers, the bombardment is from three different dealerships. It???s awful. But once I reached the callers and told them to STOP CALLING and reach me only by email, the calls slowed down. The second hitch is that once my butt was in the chair for the paperwork, they came at me with unexpected offers of all kinds of extended this and that policies, special protective treatments for the paint (I kept remembering the ???True Coat??? scene in the movie ???Fargo,??? and felt a mixture of irritation and amusement. Classic car-dealership sleaze moves.) If I had known this crap was coming, I would have refused to sit down with the paperwork guys until this information had been given to me in writing so that I could go home and read it, research it, and make a cool, dispassionate, logical decision. I ended up being talked into a $3,200 service/protection plan (???only $50 a month for five years, and you get eight years of coverage!!!), and ended up angry with them and myself. Went back a few days later to deliver my final check after receiving my outside financing, and told the finance guy how annoyed I was with that add-on. He was a bit defensive at first, but then switched tactics: of course I could decline the add-on, but I???d have to wait to have it refunded by Toyota finance. WHAT? I didn???t even take Toyota finance! No luck getting him to understand how offensive it was to have them move ahead with Toyota finance when we had an agreement that I was not taking Toyota finance, and had seven days to secure my own. Whatever. I was going to have to wait for refund of the $3,200. Then they guy came at it again; I could get this policy for $1,000 less (???our employee and family discount price???)! He talked me into that. I think ??? think, not believe totally ??? that the protection plan is reasonably helpful, given all the sophisticated electronics in my vehicle. But I???m still walking around with deep resentment of the process. In the end, I got a good car with the features I wanted, at an OK price, explained well by the internet salesmen with whom I worked. I was treated respectfully, which is important to me as a woman buying on my own. But next time I???ll work hard to head off the last-minute crud at the end, and demand to have all that info in writing before I even poke my head into the office of the bookkeeping/finance guys.

This car is very quiet and roomy. The doors are very sound. The screen is very easy to read. The safety features are wonderful. It is beautiful.
My wife (Tara) and I got to the lot around 1830. We were browsing for only a few seconds when Tre jogged over to help us. He asked what we were interested in and after he showed us some full-sized Trucks. He learned that I like 4 wheel drive diesel vehicles. So he asked if we wanted to check out the Colorado. We went through the inventory and when I saw the silver ZR2 I was extremely interested. We took a drive. It had been a while since I drove a vehicle that was so responsive so I took it easy but, I did get a good feel of the acceleration and handling. I LIKED IT A LOT! After the drive we went back to the tables inside. They asked if I was trading in anything. I offered my 2003 Silverado 2500HD diesel. They offered me $2000 for it. At that I wanted to leave. I knew what my truck was worth as trade in and I know what it can go for retail. If I would have had the keys to my truck we would have been gone. Long story short; If they would have offered me a fair price for my trade in the beginning I wouldn't have felt so cautious and need to keep my guard up the rest of the deal. Overall I believe we got a good deal because of the after the purchase attention we received from Ms. Joy, Brian Difede, Denarrio and Tre Alcutt.

Getting used to it . Will have to play with drivers seat a little to hit my comfort zone and why are the cup holders so huge up front. ??EVERYTHING else seems great . !!
From the moment I entered the dealership grounds, attention was given to me. As soon as I stepped out of my (rental) car I was greeted by one of the sales rep and from there my experience was superb. Zach was my first sales rep who helped me out. Afterwards, Cesar Delgado took over. Cesar and I ???clicked??? right away. Like Zach, Cesar was very attentive to all my questions and requests. He showed me different types of cars that I was intetested in. He was very knowledgeable of the car features and highlighted them to me. It took several hours of looking, traveling back and forth to the ???other??? place where other cars are parked. It did not happen that first night coz it got late, it was hot outside and I was tired. I know the sales manager (I think that was his title), wanted the deal closed that night, but I had my reservations on the cars I ???kind of??? liked. The sales coordinator found another car that just arrived. But since it was dark I could not appreciate the car and its features. Honestly, I was not impressed because it was ???white??? and my previous/wrecked car was white. I told them I would come back the next day. They made me an appointment. I had second thoughts of going back because I wanted to see other cars from Infinity or Lexus. But, I felt I owed ???something??? to Cesar. He worked very hard for me. I returned the next day and I fell in love with the Camry hybrid with the ???all-around camera??? and with a ???mint pearl??? color (not white). My only regrets was I put down too much deposit ($5000). It was my first lease. When I was dealing with the monthly payment, I forgot that it was a lease and I agreed with the amount of deposit the sales manager suggested. Oh well, you win and then you lose.... I also would like to give a shout-out to...sorry, I forgot her name. She was very patient with all my questions re:features and functionality of the car. All-in-all, my experience with Roseville Toyota was great!!
