We purchased a New King Ranch Explorer earlier this year and were very pleased with our salesman George Rangel. This month we were in the market for pickup and went back to George for help in finding and buying a new Ranger. We have been very pleased working with George, we have found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable while looking for and purchasing a new vehicle. We had the opportunity to work with two Finance Officers and were very comfortable working with both of them.

I really love driving this truck. It rides and handles like a car but you have a truck when you need it. The only negative I have is it has a lot of wind noise which is annoying.

Great quad cab truck rides smooth extra quiet cab powerful diesel engine Duramax something Toyota does not offer. the truck is spacious designed well and seems well built.

Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

Jeff was extremely helpful in helping me understand the workings of the car which a prior salesman had never done. This made me feel comfortable driving off the lot knowing what to expect from my new car. I would definitely use Jeff again.

Can’t beat this Ridgeline for comfort and amenities. 18k miles and it’s been a pleasure other than two small issues. The CarPlay continuously disconnects and according to the dealer, there is no fix. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s basically useless. Also, wireless charging does not work. It connects but never charges. Same response, no fix at the dealer. Such a great vehicle I would highly recommend but these two issues mar an otherwise nearly perfect truck.

Great experience with Honda of Salem. We are from the Seattle area. We set out on a out of town trip in our new Honda CRV. We were close to the Portland area when we lost connection with Apple Car Play. We pulled into Honda of Salem unannounced with no appointment. A couple guys from the service department tried to get it up and running but they were unsuccessful. They finally said they were going to get the software expert to look at it. They summoned Mr Philip Pham from the Sales/internet department. Within 30 minutes he had everything reset and working like new. He also explained some of the systems & how they worked on our new car. Actually he explained things far better than our experience up in Seattle. It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.

Purchased mine new in September 1999 and I still have it in 2023. Sure things break but I’ve never been stranded and it has been nearly 24 years so I can’t complain. Drawbacks for the model are the plastic used in the dash cracked a few years ago. Other repairs included the computer failing (under warranty many years ago but the mechanical backup got me to the dealership for repairs), my injection pump failed last year along with the replacement fuel pump. I upgraded the steering so it isn’t so sloppy. Oh, the heater core leaks a little but StopLeak fixed that although I may replace the heater core and the dash while I’m at it. I sometimes wonder if the world will run out of petroleum before my truck wears out.

Thought the whole team was great. Zach was awesome, and worked hard to see we drove home in a new vehicle. Sales manager, worked his magic to see that numbers would work for us. Finance manager was polite, and very efficient. Great team!! Great experience!!

My 17 Colorado has 50,900 miles on it and it needs a new Differential in installed. Just normal driving. I think it should have lasted should last much longer.

I’m the original owner. I bought this Tundra in Midland, TX in August 2012. Have had nothing but praise for the service I have received, not only from the dealer, but from Toyota financial services. Since I was a two time owner with Tacomas V6, I specifically asked for a Tundra V8. I wanted the power to pull heavy loads, knowing the Tundra is the one. It has over 156,000 miles and it still runs like a new truck.

Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

Awsemome truck I cant kill it. Used for work and play towing heavy loads.boats ,dump trailer , trees four wheeling tire and just basically screwing aroud

I bought this truck brand NEW, I now have 362,000 miles on her and she is still running great. My only repairs were a shaft in the transfer case and new bushings in the rear suspension. . I am planning on replacing the front struts and I am thinking about 3/4 ton leaf springs. Why ? Because the truck is used as a truck not a family sedan. But I can see why people use it as a family sedan. Rides like one. . I will never sell this truck. Best truck I ever owned ! Thank you Diamler Chrysler. Awesome truck.

Excellent and very safe truck to drive daily. Gets 20.5-21 MPG on the highway and 17 in town. Great design but could use a bit more horsepower and torque.

Mark took my list of 'must haves' and put me in the perfect Jeep! I got everything I wanted and more! The time it took to do paperwork was very short, record time, and each person i worked with was wonderful. This is my fifth tundra and it is by far the most comfortable and best driving one yet! I love all the new safety features and small changes they’ve made like the easy to drop Tailgate. But by far the best part of this most recent buying experience was the dealership. 802 Toyota was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. Friendly and knowledgeable and reliable, just the best!

We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.
