I've traded in my old Mercedes for a newer model. From the moment I visited the dealership everyone was very nice, friendly, courteous and professional. They took the time to show me a few cars I was interested in before I was able to make my decision. I went to Grand Prairie Ford on short notice and was able to get the vehicle I needed for my wife and get it done very quickly. It’s got a 3/4 ton chassis in a 1/2 ton market. Plenty of muscle to pull what ever I need towed. I wish Nissan would partner with Cummings again. Overall Valve has really worked for us. One final plus, this big truck is garageable.

First time buying a car online. The most awesome experience ever. Salesman, Adrian was very responsive to texts and phone calls. He went out of his way to make sure I had no worries. Tesla broke the mold when it came to Cybertruck. Things I love about it: 1. Steering - Steer by wire, extremely responsive all wheel steering. The rear wheels turn with the front to take turns much tighter than expected. Makes parking easier too. Different software settings allow the steering feel to be customized. 2. Adjustable height - air suspension allows adjustable height and geofencing so the truck “remembers” to raise when revisiting the same place. Similar to model s and x, yet can raise a lot higher for off road driving and a flat bottom gives more clearance than a regular truck with a diff. 3. Secure truck bed (the vault) - anyone with a pickup truck knows how vulnerable anything is in the back of a truck, and easy to steal. Cybertruck has a built in “vault” or tonneau cover that is super strong, you can even walk on it when closed. The cover protects contents of the truck bed at all times. Open and close at the touch of a button either in/on the truck or with the tesla app remotely! 4. Tesla standard features - just like all teslas, Cybertruck has a front trunk for extra storage space, although Cybertruck allows remote open and close of the frunk. Other Teslas only allow open. There’s a high quality display used to control the car, supercharging access, free software updates, built in games, autopilot and Full Self Driving assistance features. Love the remote air conditioning and automatic preconditioning you can set up so your vehicle is ready at the right temperature just in time to leave! 5. Lots of space - not only is there a truck bed, a cubby well at the bottom of the bed with extra storage, a front trunk and full size cabin with screen display in the back, the rear seats flip up, 60/40 split, allowing more cargo to be piled into the cabin area. Also very helpful when cleaning cybertruck. 6. Power - onboard 110v sockets inside the vehicle and in the truck bed allow connecting to tools and anything else should you need power on the go. There is no 12v sockets like other teslas so keep that in mind with any adapters like portable air compressors. Just use 110v instead. Plug in devices with USB C outlets inside the truck. The bed also has a NEMA-14/50, 240v outlet so you can even charge another EV if needed. With a two-way charging option, you can run your home off your cybertruck if the power in your house goes out. 7. Driving and Overall - a really fun and highly functional vehicle that makes you excited to drive it every time. Super fast acceleration with the sound of real electric motors. Regenerative braking like all teslas gives precise throttle control. Killer sound system to enjoy music and podcasts (movies and games when parked). This is the future.

This was the fastest oil change I have had in a long time. Everything went smoothly and my truck looked good after the wash job and oil change...Good job!

I drove over two hours to look at a new truck that was on a really impressive discount. After I arrived I was informed that all of the trucks with that discount had sold several days prior after I was told by multiple people that truck was there. I was then informed by the manager that it was a mess up on their end. At most dealerships that wouldve led me to leave however their salesman and the manager not only honored the discount on a different truck but put me in a newer, less miles, and better equipped model for a difference of maybe $800. While the mix up of what had sold versus what was available was frustrating. The fact that the salesman and manager worked with me to get me an even better deal speaks volumes. Also, no hidden add ons or xx was a huge plus!

These are the best driving vehicles of any mfg currently. The steer by wire is a game-changer and should be in every car. It’s hard to explain how great the driving experience is, you just have to drive one for a week and when you go back to any other car/truck, they will feel 100yrs old. The suspension, steering, acceleration and braking are years ahead of anything else. I’m a mechanic and a “car guy”. I do have a 10x more experience than most people when it comes to vehicles.

Paint on hood looks like it is separating from clearcoat. Takes a very long time to get hot air from heater. Had to replace steering gear.

Classic Kia of Carrollton is the BEST dealership in the area and will always continue to trade my car every couple of years and have service done here. I am in my 4th KIA now and have never had any problems or maintenance issues but then I usually trade and buy a new one every couple of years just because I like being in the safest vehicle possible with all the newest technology to be safe and so that I have a good ride for my passengers and family I care about.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

I don't write many reviews, but my experience with this dealership has been so good I wanted to write a review. I like nice cars and have dealt with most of the high end dealerships in DFW, but since finding Tactical Fleet, they are the only place I shop. I have purchased a Rolls Royce Dawn, Bentley Bentayga, and Lamborghini Urus from them, all were perfect. Great vehicles, great sales experience.

Awesome truck! After the test drive I determined to run some numbers and see what the dealership had to offer. Kal Xiong and his sales manager did a great job getting me through the process. I want to say if I didn’t have errands to run I could have taken the truck home the same day and the whole signing process would have only taken roughly 30-40min after approval!

I'd been looking for this car for a while and came across two at different dealerships in my area, unfortunately they sold really fast. So, I started my search online and although I was a bit skittish of buying a car online without seeing or driving it first, I couldn't be happier with the car, the process, and most of all the salesman, Mitchell Macaluso. Perfect truck for my needs. I absolutely love it at 9,000 miles and 9months. Needed a bit more than a half ton and less than a 3/4 ton and this fits the bill. Rides great but still feels distinctly truck like, which I love. Love that it doesn’t look like every other truck. Nav and Bluetooth system sucks but not a deal breaker.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

Feels like riding in a luxury car but it has the muscle and capabilities of a heavy duty truck. Best of both worlds. Has a great "cool factor" with it's look and style.

I just purchase a 2018 Titan XD with the diesel engine. I live in Georgia and purchased the vehicle in Memphis Tennessee. After buying the truck I had a 572-mile drive home. At first it was uncomfortable because I did not have a clue about this truck other than my research. I have test driven many but owning it is different. So, on the drive home I discovered many of the features and came to understand its road manners. Feeling the turbo diesel vs. gas was strange because I have never owners a diesel truck and after about 100 miles a smile began to appear on my face. The power is great, and I know this is not an F-250 or GM-2500. Those trucks are nice, but they over kill, and the prices are ridiculous. So, to me there is no value there. The Titan is a wonder value and extremely capable for my needs. My average mile per gallon was around 20 MPG if I kept my foot from getting to happy because it just wanted to gooooo! The road manners were great, and the blind spot monitoring is needed. My first impressions of towing were great. I have rented multiple trucks to tow my food trailer (6500 Ibs) and they sucked (F-150, and Ram 1500). These trucks are just too light, and this makes for a very uncomfortable and scary ride at times. At times I have been passed by Big Truck (18 wheeler's) and I felt like I was being blown off the road or I felt like the trucks where under powered (Ram 1500). The F-150 with Eco-boost has great power, but the gas mileage is horrible, and you begin to smell the catalytic converters because the turbos are so hot. They are also overpriced in some situations and configurations. So, on my first experience of towing with the Titan was awesome and confident. I literally have to focus on slowing this truck down because all it wanted to do is pull and it felt confident. I was passed on the highway by a semi and the truck never moved it just sat there and kept rolling. This truck so far has been great. It does have some Cons: like parking this beast is not easy. Hello it’s a truck! So, I expected that. Like the power of the diesel but hate putting fuel in it because of the smell. SO, WHAT. I keep gloves in my truck. Overall at this point I'm very happy with the purchase. P.S The infotainment system works great and the backup camera is spot on when hooking up a trailer!
