Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

I?m looking to purchase a Yukon in the near future. If I decide to buy, this would be my third purchased from Royal. Since I?m being told there is no negotiation on Yukons, I will definitely check with other local dealers and see if they are willing to negotiate. I want to stay with Royal because I trust Ralph Daniel in service.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

I have been pleased with the experience so far. Being able to test drive independently for pretty much as long as I want is great. I have easily made appointments and then added on some additional cars once I got there. The no haggle pricing takes away some stress, but that also means if there is something to be fixed on a car, there's no negotiation. They have at least offered me what I consider is reasonable for my trade - more than most places have. I am taking a car for a prepurchase inspection to my mechanic tomorrow, so if it goes well, we'll see how the actual buying process goes after that.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

That was my first time dealing with Donohoo. The experience was stress free. Went up and test drove one day, the next day which was purchase day, I was in and out on less than a hour.  I do plan to do business with Donohoo in the future. Jonathon and Marci were absolutely amazing!!

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Love the no pressure buying format, I didn’t end up buying the truck I went to look at but they put me in the perfect truck for me.

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Our experience at Birmingham Luxury Motors was excellent. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The process from test drive to application to deal made was not lengthy. We were not there all day, like some other dealerships.

Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

I love my Tacoma. I've always been a GMC person, but wasn't happy with their smaller pickup options. I made the jump to a Tacoma and I've already driven it across the country. I was very comfortable, extremely happy with performance.

Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

This was my first time buying a vehicle out of state and 6 hours away. The communication from the sales team prior to showing up was top notch. I received a complete walkaround of the vehicle as I requested. The vehicle was as advertised and ready for a test drive when I showed up. A few signatures and I was out the door in a timely manner (not like other dealerships). After purchase follow up was appreciated. Two reasons why I ordered my 2022 F250 through Town and Country Ford. First, the Town and Country Ford YouTube reviews of the new 2022 Super Duties. I bought my 2017 in spring of 2020 with 27k miles for $27k. I was specifically looking for a TRD Sport, manual trans. The Tacoma is the only manual trans truck produced anymore. I currently have 80k miles on it now and the blue book still shows it at $23k-$24k. I have not had any issues with it. I have done my own maintenance (oil changes and just recently front brake pads). The 2017 was the last year before they added all the safety stuff with the cruise controls. I'm glad I don't have that stuff. I also have the map system in my factory head unit and don't have to rely on the Apple carplay or Android auto apps. There was some discomfort in the seat. It was easily resolved with items that can be purchased to adjust the seat to your liking. There are a lot of complaints on the power and fuel mileage. Really?? Its a truck. Its not a sports car or compact sedan. Its not going to get the greatest mileage or set land speed records. If you want something that always starts, never leaves you stranded, and you can count on everyday, this is the one. If you want something that you want to spend a bunch of money repairing, you may want to look elsewhere.

My last truck was done completely on the phone and didn’t involve much effort from me, which is great because I am out of town with work and hard to get to the dealership in time. Love my 22 Chevy LTZ truck, I have the cat back mufflers on it which are not that loud. The inside cab noise is really loud from the road noise and pipes. Don't feel the cab is insulated very well.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

My overall experience was great! I flew in to pick up my vehicle and the salesman stayed 2 hours after their scheduled closing time for the delivery of my vehicle. Excellent communication skills excellent salesmanship just a excellent experience.

We bought the Laramie with the sports package and just love it! Also got the etorque, did not think we would like but love it too! The gas mileage has averaged around 20. Love the comfort, the amenities, everything about it, has been a pleasure.

I found the 2025 RAM 1500 Rebel online. It was used with 555 miles on it. I went to the dealer in Manchester, NH, took it for a drive and made the deal. It is a GREAT truck. White with black on the front and sides with the black REBEL decal. The inside has red on the doors, dash, etc. Truly a beauty. And super comfortable. It cam also really move.

I purchased a Ford Bronco Heritage From Town and Country AL. They were the only dealer we could find that would sell us the truck for sticker and we live in NY. My salesman Jay Mathis was there for every curve ball that Ford threw. When Ford discontinued the color we ordered. Jay called and said we need to change the order color and year to a 2023 or the order will be canceled. He was on the top of his game all the time. I really believe that if Jay didn't call me to tell me to change the year my order would have been canceled. Thanks Jay my Alabama brother

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Came in to check out a car that I saw listed online. Called this dealership and got an out of the door number and came in to pay that actual number. No gimmicks like other places such as Luxury Motors Birmingham. Luxury Motors Birmingham had the same car I was looking for but added extra money from what was listed online. When called out, they changed the price but it was still a lot higher than what was shown online. The guys at this dealership are here to make your life easy and aren’t changing the price from what you see online.

This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

I received a notice from Mazda regarding a recall on my vehicle due to the windshield washer motor failure. I scheduled an online appointment and was able to get the date and time I needed. I had a change in my personal schedule that morning and arrived an hour and a half early. They took my car in right away and completed the work quickly! Thank yall for not making me wait! My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!
