I bought this 96 Chev Mark III Black PU in Jan of 1997 new and sold it in 2015 with only 88,000 miles on it. In all those years, I was never happier. Went thru two wrecks, one almost totaled and it saved me and my passenger. It was beautiful with the Mark III added. Inside and outside just beautiful. Replaced tires, plugs, water pump, windshield, brakes, plus my regular oil changes in all those years. Always kept in garage so paint job was shiny and beautiful. Cried when I sold it but got old and needed an automatic shift due to arthritis. Chevrolet makes a fine truck, just everything worked fine on it, as it was a 6 cyl. and gas mileage was good, engine was no problem ever. It was great for hauling lumber, and furniture, as I moved lots of times. Also my german shepherd rode with me everywhere I went in it. It served me well and I was sad to see it go. Still have my memories.

Got 2008 uplander 8 years ago with 95,000 miles. Does struggle to change between 15 to 20 mph. I just have to pull out at a light slowly. It is at 171,500 miles. AC isn't blowing to back seats. But otherwise I really have no problems.

375k. Been a great little truck. Bought it in 1999 with 28k miles. Never let me down. Didn't get great gas mileage, maybe 15 mpg, but I ain't complaining. In the shop getting it's second tuneup in 29 yrs. Did change out the plugs a few times, replaced an injector, but that's about it engine wise.. I've taken out several deer and totaled one Toyota SUV, but drove it home afterwards, Toyota left on a flatbed. It's got rust, dents, but she still runs good.

My 2002 F150 is still on the road with 299,000 miles on it. It was bought from a guy in FL, so there is no rust on it. I live in OH and have it oiled underneath every year to protect it from salt damage. Great truck!!

I’ve had my s10 since I was 15 (21 now). I bought it for $450 from a junk yard and have been building it up ever since. Engine and transmission rebuild, as well as pretty much everything else except for the AC!! Just drained out the old refrigerant and added new and blows colder then any car I’ve been in. Today I re-gapped the spark plugs and put an MDS ignition in it, which after all the years of driving her finally made the engine light go away. Love that little truck to death. Will be my 1st and last.

I leased and owned four Montana’s. The last time GM made a vehicle this good it was the Chevy Nova. Pretty obvious the pinheads at GM cancelled both the car and the brand. I drive a Toyota now. Way to go GM!

The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. I bought this truck brand NEW, I now have 362,000 miles on her and she is still running great. My only repairs were a shaft in the transfer case and new bushings in the rear suspension. . I am planning on replacing the front struts and I am thinking about 3/4 ton leaf springs. Why ? Because the truck is used as a truck not a family sedan. But I can see why people use it as a family sedan. Rides like one. . I will never sell this truck. Best truck I ever owned ! Thank you Diamler Chrysler. Awesome truck.

Have had this truck for about a year and driven it across Canada, up, around, over and through the Rockies, around the western US and have never had a moment’s concern. Every mechanic that’s changed the oil or done other regular maintenance has said, one way or another, “wish they still made them like this.”

Only vehicle I’ve purchased new and have no complaints,been well taken care of,have had no problems except a wheel bearing and a fuel pressure regulator!

I agree with martin's review. I purchased a new 2009 Raider and in both city and highway driving it gets 13 mph. I have had it for 15 years and that is the best it gets. I had a Dodge Dakota before with that same engine and the same thing. I only have 70k miles on it.

I found a SUV my mom was interested in online, we drove all over Birmingham to check out some other vehicles she was interested in. I bought a used 2000 Harley Davidson F-150 with the 5.4 engine. It had 120,000 miles on it when I bought it. I kept it for about 10 years and regrettably sold it . It has over 202,000 miles on it and is still running great! If I ever get the chance I will buy it back. Only did regular maintenance on it.

Bought this truck ('02 F150 FX4) in 2022 with 160k miles on it. I did a complete top to bottom fluid change, replaced the spark plugs, coil packs and intake manifold. She runs grate now. Also cleaned up and modernized with a new raptor style grill, led head and tail lights and some other options. Replaced the old radio/cd changer with a 2 din that offers Google maps, sirius and a back up camera. All my clean up and mods were about $2,500 with me doing the labor. She now looks and runs great with a lot of the features of a newer truck at 1/5 the price and worth double what I paid for her.
