Bought my truck used in 2016 with 69k miles one owner vehicle currently pushing 122k. Only major issue has been the replacement of the break pump, great on gas plenty of torque have hauled a Bob Cat in the past with no issues. Love my truck!

I bought my 2006 F150 5.4 back in 2014 it had close to 100,000 miles. The only issue I had with it, is a spark plug blew out and had a mechanic install a helicoil and a new spark plug. Ever since I haven't had any problems and I always do the oil changes with synthetic oil. Now in 2024 the truck still runs strong, it's always been my work truck and daily driver. Am I the only one that has had the instrument panel completely fail? Mine did YEARS ago. So why is my reliability rating 5? The computer still works, I know how fast I'm going, the Miles remaining on the fuel economy is accurate, and it runs. Everyday. Replaced one hub and bearing, water pump, starter, ignition. A/C doesn't work, but I've got windows (which work if you know exactly where to push the button.) Oh, and the Engine light is always on, because the throttle body really needs a thorough cleaning or replacing. Motor and transmission have been crazy reliable for 20 years on truck bought new October '0 3. Nothing a few hundred dollars wouldn't fix. Though there are several of those, they don't keep me from getting from A to B.

I own a 2014 F150 Lariat. Has a 3.5 liter eco boost. I have 157000 miles , had a few minor issues but has been fantastic. Do all the things you need to do to maintain it. Put Lucas auto treatment monthly. Love my truck, I would highly recommend.

Love this truck with the 6.0 v8 requires very little maintenance gets great gas mileage and exceptional power. I have tested this truck in every possible way towing hauling long distance 4 wheeling, and its performance has never disappointed.

In 2010 We bought a 2008 silverado. LT 5.3 engine. Two wheel drive. I still drive it everyday. Regular oil changes. This truck had 26k on it. Today it has 156k. Battries. Breaks, plugs and wires. Thats it. -50 below outside, starts right up! Awesome! Proud owner.

I have always been a Chevy guy. Till my Chevy caught on fire 2000 miles from home. Needed to replace it in Texas and found this 2005 Dodge Ram quad cab Hemi. Im sure I paid too much for it but I was stuck and needed to tow my trailer cross country. The 5.7 Hemi with over 200 K pulled that trailer like it wasnt even there. What a BEAR this thing is for towing. Interior very nice and roomy. I slept in the back seat comfortably. Steering rack had been replaced at 150K so thats excellent. With 240K on it now, I have only had to do maintenance like brakes and ball joints. Only complaint Ive had is the drivers seat material is very week and falling apart. I highly recommend this Hemi Ram thats for sure.

Got the truck as a company vehicle with 305,000 miles on it in 2015. I have 463,000 on it now. It's a 4wd extended cab with the 6.5 ft bed. Replacing the bed now due to corrosion from State Maine winters. Replaced rear springs and shocks as well with bed replacement. Othervthan brakes and other wear parts the rest of truck is all original. Gets 18+ mpg. Old Faithfull as I refer to it.

I purchased my 2.3L 5 Speed Manual new in 2008. I hit a deer, a guard rail on black ice and been rammed from behind at a red light... i can still let go of the steering wheel today with zero alignments done and she drives straight as a ruler. The engine has been abused and poor maintenance has over 230000km (143000 Miles) and is rock solid. The body is starting to fall apart due to all the salt we put on the roads in the winter up here, but if i had the chance to redo my life, i would still buy this awesome truck. Going to miss it eventually, but will try to push it another 10 years... A+ in my books

to: Campmeat from Arizona Someone told me my lifters were going bad because when I first started my truck I heard ticking noise until the engine got warm. I took my truck to a honest very hard to find mechanic and he told me I had a hole in my exhaust manifold. I paid $800 and 195,000 miles later still no ticking.

Almost 200,000 miles so almost everthing has been rebuilt or replaced but the engine and computer. I bought it new and still drive daily for work. It pulls our 24 ft. Boat with ease.
