Let me start by saying I don't take the time to write many reviews unless I feel it's truly warranted. This review was warranted. I recently purchased my leased GMC truck from McElveen. My lease had originated in another state and I'm new to the area and needed to find a good GMC dealership to complete my lease purchase. I did some research and I reached out to Tommy Bennet at McElveen based on the great reviews other customers had previously posted about their experience with Tommy and the dealership and I quickly found out that their positive reviews were absolutely accurate and true. Tommy was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. His attention to detail was A+! He walked me through the whole purchasing process and was available whenever I needed him. He promptly returned phone calls and his follow up on the many questions I had was fantastic. I needed a new pickup and while I wanted a Ford F150 I could not find one set up how I wanted. When I did the Ford dealers didn't want to give what I felt my trade in was worth. I got what I wanted and got a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. It is even set up better than the F150's I was looking for and at a better price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

We are really loving our truck. It has been on many camping , fishing, hunting , and photo taking adventures. It pulls our boat well. Have had to replace bearings, brakes, and heater fan, but it is 12 years old. The tonneau cover has been appreciated in the rainy area we live in to protect our camping gear. The way the window in the back seat area comes out and has built in storage is another plus. It’s a very comfortable ride. We are very happy with our choice of an Avalanche.

I have always had Dodge/Ram Trucks I won't buy anything else. they are built to last; they are worth every penny. they have a great towing power and are a powerful trucks.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I am the second owner of a 2004 Purple SSR. I bought it in 2012. It has 18K miles on it. Is a great fun car that people stare at. They don't know what it is. A relatively inexpensive weekend car. Gas mileage is awful but it takes regular gas. It is a bumpy ride and has interior little noises with the top up. I rarely drive it in the winter so the top is mostly down. If you are looking for a fun weekend car this could be the one.

I've only had this truck for a month and a half and have had no issues. The interior is just plain awesome. I really like the multi function tailgate on this truck, it's very handy loading stuff into the box and the step really helps when you want to climb into the bed. I really like the ride height on the new trucks better than the 2015 Denali I traded in to get this one.

Excellent experience. Our salesman was James. He was very patient with me & not pushy! I went in 3 times to see the car before buying. And he was very understanding that this was a big step! Finance manager was Jerry & he was also nice & patient. The manager, Michael, was also extremely nice. Will buy another car there in the future. Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

Today I came for oil change but need a align as well. Also some safety things were found. Thanks you Jose Morales.

Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

Our experience at the dealership has been a fantastic one, purely because of Andrew Bagwell at the service department. I don’t trust too many people with my cars, but I trust Andrew with all of mine. And we have kept all our cars going and going with his expertise, advice, and attention to detail. I am a loyal Toyota customer because of Andrew and his service team!

So far I am very pleased with my Toyota Tacoma, it is more than I expected and the biggest surprise is the low interior noise and the smooth ride. I was able to go down to south Florida (Pembroke Pine area with my three kid and they enjoyed the ride. Every time we are going some where they want me to take the Tacoma instead of my wife Honda mini van.

Super fast and efficient speed for my first 5k service. Got in and out in 35 minutes. Jose Morales was my advisor and he helped me with understanding the situation with oil changes every 10k on my truck. I'm so used to the 5k and even 3k oil changes. It's nice to see the employees all very urgently running around servicing the lane.

The 2023 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E has performed up to my expectations! The ride is smooth, the engine performance is everything that I expected, the transmission shifts without notice, the interior is extremely nice and the truck bed is great!

Second avalanche I have owned. Bought a 2011 a few months ago. Had a few problems but I love the looks of them along with the comfort and room..great for hauling kayaks(reason I bought it). Like the Flex fuel option also. Especially since gas prices are up! Mine has over 177k miles. Plastic cover has alot of fading but still pretty truck. Only complaint really is that the outside door handles wear and break easily, plastic fading, headlight lens discoloration. Power isn't what it should be(no giddy up) but it's older truck. If your wanting speed then it's not the truck for you! I purchased a brand new one when they first came on market but it had transmission problems soon after getting it. Love the back seat fold and window remove feature the best!

This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.

as a first time buyer, I was exposed to a new experience they took time to explain. All my options gave me different different selections to choose from, and walk me through the process with my mother.

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

Bought 2006 Ram SLT 4x4. Still own it. 246k miles. Standard maintenance, shocks, struts, power steering pump. Little rust required. Truck is more than most can expect. I wanted a truck that would last and give good service.

Stong engine and smooth! Highly recommend for familys or someone who likes a smooth truck. Purchased new and have had zero issues since then. Love it!

This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.
