With a 5.3 L 4x4, Z71 and tow package has been an excellent truck. Options include a locker deferential. Used to tow a 21' Camper and does a good job of handling the tow. Milage while towing is only 11 MPG (expected with a V8 and a 4.10 rear axle) now with 125,000 miles. Like the torsion bar Front suspension, quiet smooth highway traveling. Moves VERY well in traffic. Does have a large turning radial for a small pick-up. I have used the truck to pull Compact Tractors and other items out of tough spots with ease. (4x4 low setting) No transmission issues, Truck serviced at regular intervals, all fluid gear train lubricant and coolant changes. 4 speed transmission fluid at 30,000 mile and engine oil at 5,000 mile intervals. Engine has had no issues, runs and idles smoothly.

After looking all over for a vehicle Magothy Motorcars had the one I was looking for. We called them and asked them if they would hold the vehicle for us to come and look at they said no problem. We drove 2 hours from Rehoboth Beach and purchased the vehicle. We had a few issues and they were right on it. I would refer these guys to anyone. I have owned my 2005 Dodge Dakota 4.7 Laramie since 2012 as of writing this is in the middle of August 2025. I have had no issues with my truck. The truck runs perfect I’ve towed heavy loads many times over 500 miles. This is the best vehicle I’ve ever had. I had a 1986 Toyota pick up with a 22 R engine that blew the head gaskets twice back in 1992. I’ve had a 2016 Toyota Highlander that one was OK but the interior started cracking. I have a 2020 Kia Telluride had to replace the transmission. I’ve had a 1985 GMC blazer had to replace the engine in 1992 with less then 100,00 miles on it. Right now my truck sits on 18 inch rims 31 inch tires no suspension lift. The 2005 dakota has KO 3 all terrain 31 inch tires and has a bunch of overland equipment on it with a Ikamper tent In the interior it has no cracks or blemishes. I can tell you that this is probably the best truck I will own for the rest of my life I don’t plan to ever get rid of it like I said this is a solid truck. I love it. The truck also has over 170,000 miles on it. No transmission issues no engine issues no issues at all. i’ve also taken it out trailing in a mountains, terrain where you see Toyota Trd pros jjeeps, and everything and I get a lot of compliments on it.

Got this v6 Frontier Desert Runner new in 2001. Have changed all fluids on schedule. Had to add one can of Freon to AC last year. Replaced stereo speakers ten years ago. Installed new shocks. All original hoses, Runs great. Everything still works, including the original sound system. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this truck coast to coast. Not bad for a 24 year old truck.

I have had many new vehicles and because of this one I probably won't buy another. This truck (F150 FX4 ) Is the best ever. Drives great, tows perfect and has been very reliable. I bought it as a demo in 2006 and have done a small handful of repairs in that time. 16 years-wow!

195k miles and my truck still fires up and runs excellently. Everything from the value, the power, the utility, the reliability, and, in my opinion, the looks, are superb. I will say the turning radius is quite awful, but in light of all the positive things I could say about this truck, it's an easy recommendation, and by far the best vehicle I've had the please of owning. It is a barebones truck, but Nissan did an excellent job fine tuning it and making it one of those 10+ year trucks you wish every other truck could be.

My family has own multiple ram 1500 2014 and newer all great no problems except for third brake light. Get daily easier to maintain and work on than most gm 2016 and newer more power than f150 love these trucks.

Am I the only one that has had the instrument panel completely fail? Mine did YEARS ago. So why is my reliability rating 5? The computer still works, I know how fast I'm going, the Miles remaining on the fuel economy is accurate, and it runs. Everyday. Replaced one hub and bearing, water pump, starter, ignition. A/C doesn't work, but I've got windows (which work if you know exactly where to push the button.) Oh, and the Engine light is always on, because the throttle body really needs a thorough cleaning or replacing. Motor and transmission have been crazy reliable for 20 years on truck bought new October '0 3. Nothing a few hundred dollars wouldn't fix. Though there are several of those, they don't keep me from getting from A to B.

I have had my 2011 GMC Sierra for a few years now, i love it. i have hauled multiple loads of wood with the truck loaded too the max and a small trailer loaded to the max. can definitely feel the weight but my truck never hesitates at all. Very impressed with the performance of these trucks. i have worked at a ford dealership for years, but ill always drive a GMC.

Bought 99 xlt 4x4 in 2015. I live in Iowa. I do a lot of hunting and wood hauling. So I use the 4x4 a lot. I pull a 5x8x3 trailer when wood cutting and load the truck and trailer down heavy. She grunts a little but enough power there to get it done. Only been stuck in the snow once due to clearance and have tested it's yanking power pulling bigger vehicles out that were in there pretty good. It's supposed me. I've replaced minimal parts. Gas tank was the biggest chore. Standard rust out. Biggest engine problem to diagnose was the fuel filter. Engine knocks like a diesel engine but has plenty of power and keeps on ticking. Change oil every 5k or close to it. Plenty of cab room and leg room. Maintenance has been minimal I guess. Would buy another if the deal was right. Current mileage 186kish. It's due for some bigger maintenance now. Front end parts kit brakes rotors all around and rear seals. Not bad for a truck that's seen a lot more gravel roads than hiways. Rust is average. Rocker panels and starting on the front of box. It's been a good truck.

The customer service was pretty good, and the prices were fair. They were willing to negotiate. If I wanted to view a car someone would escort me or at least point me in the right direction
