I bought my XL extended cab long bed in 2004 @54,000 miles. 2024 only 104,000 miles so far. Runs great smog test was great. Having a long bed really helps when working around the house. Only issues are the pull cables for the extra side door. Going to replace that including brake and hood cables. Other then that the Best truck iv'e ever owned 🇺🇸👍

Honestly, for as cheap as you can get them, the value you get is amazing. I make consistent 300mi commutes on weekends (600 total) and this car has given me 0 issues. I make it each way with a 1/4 tank of gas left, insane gas mileage for a 21 year old car. Original owner took good car of it, owner they sold it to tried to run it into the ground, I fixed the issues they gave it. 170k original miles and still going strong, any problems are cheap to fix (SO easy to fix yourself). Excellent for modding (if that’s your thing), perfect for learning to work on cars (cheap parts, easy access), and a stellar beater. Still gets as good if not better mpg than modern cars. Only gripes are as follows: Steering wheel doesn’t come forward, so if you’re a taller person it’s gonna be a little less than ideal comfort. Road noise is a bit loud, especially for highways, but then again.. that’s what the volume knob on the stereo is for. Though I eventually will purchase something more modern, I find the idea of letting go of my 02 very hard to comprehend.

We were in need of buying a good reliable used vehicle for our father. We found a wagon with reasonable low miles. We test drove the vehicle, checked out the car fax and decided to buy it. Our father is happy with his vehicle and we are happy that he has transportation. The purchase process was easy and hassle free. The gentleman that helped us was professional and personable. I’ll probably come here to get my daughter a car once she gets her license.

Mine 2001 Taurus has 307000 miles on it. Still runs like a charm except no air and no reverse lol. But I'm still driving it daily.

This car runs very good has enough keg room in the front but not in the back with long legs. It drives good handles good and if you run out of gas you can drive it 50 miles without gas it looks sporty and cheap on gas 40 in town 45 on the highway,and it's a head turner
