Owner of a 2021 SEL-R Premium and I love this car. The tech is great. I had mine APR tuned and the drive isn’t noticeably better but still good. Definitely get the wheel/tire protection because these are known to not do so well in pothole season. Great mileage and the back seats are large enough for two adults no problem. I get tons of complements and questions. Great car. The premium level is worth the difference if you can find one.

Because I received no Owner's Manual (supposedly back-ordered), I might as well be driving a random rental. Without the manual, I am unable to use or unaware of many of the latest features. The basic driving features such as acceleration, braking, steering, and road feel are good. The hatch-back vs. trunk along with folding rear seats creates a wonderfully large carrying space. On the negative side, there is a noticeable vibration at idle and the shifts are clunky. Overall, I am pleased with the car since it suits my needs nicely.

I can’t say enough about Kim Esposito, Service Advisor. She went above the line of duty to get approval for service being performed on my vehicle. My experience with Car Shield was horrible but after much hard work from Ms. Esposito she was finally able to get these people to pay for something and I really appreciated that, she needs to be recognized as an exceptional outstanding employee. Kudos 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

This is my third VW by far its the best .It has the look and feel of a luxury car .the inside of the car is very spacious .this car one of the few that is actually made in germany

WoW!!!. Volkswagen-Audi group did it again! They took the concept of the $70k-$90k Audi A7 sportback and developed it into a stylish (beauty of a car), hi tech, high performance Volkswagen. (Arteon SEL Premium). first class, high class.it has as much room as my old A6. Along with the awesome Arteon its pricing is more competitive than its cousin Audi A-5 (which is smaller , less features, and less horsepower). the more expensive BMW 3301 xdrive cant hold a candle to Arteon's loaded features. The Volkswagen Arteon sport mode holds that road fun to drive as well as Audi's and BMW's. I know because I have owned Audi's and BMW's. Volkswagen's brand is emerging quickly beyond it's work horse perception.

I have owned many cars, but have NEVER received the compliments like I do on this vehicle. I have a 2019 VW Arteon SEL Premium R-Line 4 Motion. It now has 82,000 and I bought it with under 30,000 3 years ago. I love this car. I perform all scheduled maintenance, but otherwise have not spent a dime in the repair shop. Prior to the end of the manufacturer warranty, I purchased the extended warranty to 150k miles or 10 years. The vehicle has the most spacious back seat of any car out there, with a 6-3 person able to fit without knees touching with front seat set normally. One thing I have not seen mentioned is, that with all of the other amazing features, the car will perfectly parallel park itself and will let you know if a spot is big enough. I just learned about this myself in last month. I played with it and it works perfectly. All you do is shift and give a little gas, but it does all steering. I have taken several trips of hundreds of miles each. In this car, they are very comfortable and easy. The seat massage is sufficient and the ventilated seats work great. Mileage, performance, ride quality, and comfort are amazing. Recently, I had a new BMW X5 as a rental. I couldn’t wait to get back to my Arteon. Any Arteon owner will agree how magnificently they steer and drive. I love everything about this best kept secret in the auto business. I plan to keep this car till the wheels fall off. A first for me. I highly recommend this car. Thank you VW for making such an amazing vehicle. Oh, by the way, the Arteon was made in Germany and is of impeccable build quality, as we all expect from the Germans.

This is the most underrated car. Well designed inside and out. Plenty of power with all the comfort. I’ve had mine for a few weeks and I have yet to find any quirks of substance. I only wish more interior color choices were available.

Tyler was my service rep the first month and I as good. Diamond was my rep the 2nd 3 days my vehicle required resuscitation and she was outstanding at keeping me informed and ensuring I was satisfied! Diamond is indeed a valuable asset to SM Kia!

I've owned 2019 SEL for 2 years and love it. It is comfortable, sporty, and has plenty of power. I get 32mpg on highway, at speeds averaging 80mph. I only have 14k miles on it so far, but I've never had an issue with anything in this car. I really love the sportback hatchback, since I put my road bike in without removing the tire.

We worked with Jimmy Bartlett and had a wonderful experience with him. He was able to listen to our needs and provide several vehicle solutions that met our desired criteria. The vehicle that we deemed the best fit was one that had been traded in the day before. my wife extended her lease of her acura RLX for an extra year awaiting the new TLX... we finally saw one with two weeks left on her extended lease... let's see.. how do i describe the new TLX...how about blah... the VW dealer is about a mile away when we saw the arteon sitting in the used car area... a certified 2019 SEL R-line... with 2,600 miles on it... owned by one of the managers of the audi dealership next door we were told. living in SW florida, i never would have thought about buying a black car, with black interior, black windows and black wheels... it is nothing short of mean looking... gangsta looking... very impressive. gets tons of looks and questions. since it was certified, we got a 7 year, 84k mile warranty.. when i called the insurance agent.. i told her it was an arteon.. she said "a what"...i have not seen more than just a few on the road.. it is unique.. rides nicely.. goes fast.. good gas mileage.. love all the room under the back hatch.. my only issue is that it does not have an electronic closing button.. even my tiguan has one of those... overall... very happy.

We were in the market for a new car and the Mazda CX-5 was one of our choices. We were greeted in the parking lot by Damien Rivera who asked us if he could show us anything. We did a test drive and liked the car very much. We didn't care for the black interior and asked if they had one with a lighter interior. He found us a red one with parchment interior and everything else about it was perfect. We talked pricing and Damien told us about benefits of leasing and purchasing, as well as any drawbacks. They gave us a good trade-in on our 10 yr old SUV that we had dropped off at another dealer for diagnostics. Damien called us two days later and told us our new car would be available for pickup once he got it detailed (about two hours after the phone call). He even went with us to the other dealer to get our stuff from our old car that was still sitting in the lot with no info about what was wrong after five days. We love our new car, Damien was a great salesman. Plus, everyone at Naples Mazda, from Insurance to Finance was excellent. We had two Mazda minivans years ago and loved them. This new Mazda is beautiful and we are happy we went to Mazda first to check out replacement cars.

The work performed was done well took abit of time but the truck is running awesome with the new bilstien shocks and struts.

If it were not for Mr. Orlando Tilian, I would probably be taking my car to Bremen Cadillac for service. He is the most confident thorough concerned individual I’ve ever dealt with.
