I took in my 2024 VW Jetta for it's first service at just over 7000 miles. Greg the service professional, spent the time to explain the service protocol for that mileage. He provided a driver to take me to work and to pick me up afterwards. The car was ready and the written report was given to me. Greg as usual was thorough, efficient and reassuring. I bought a 2023 VW Atlas for my son and Sylvia was an absolute pleasure to work with. The first time we went in to look at vehicles she answered all our questions and showed us everything including helping me test drive multiple models. Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

Neil was cery empathetic and understanding when my water pump malfunctioned. Repair was explained conscisely.

The only problem I had they promise to look at my car on Monday, I called and was told that it would be after lunch then i get a call they can?t look at it until Tuesday. I would rather you told me up front that it may take two days

I came in for my interval service and they found an issue with my battery. This prevented an issue from occurring in the future where I could have been stranded.
