I took in my 2024 VW Jetta for it's first service at just over 7000 miles. Greg the service professional, spent the time to explain the service protocol for that mileage. He provided a driver to take me to work and to pick me up afterwards. The car was ready and the written report was given to me. Greg as usual was thorough, efficient and reassuring. Neil was cery empathetic and understanding when my water pump malfunctioned. Repair was explained conscisely.

The only problem I had they promise to look at my car on Monday, I called and was told that it would be after lunch then i get a call they can?t look at it until Tuesday. I would rather you told me up front that it may take two days
