Used 2024 Volkswagen Atlas SUVs for sale near Midlothian, IL

I came in for routine service & unfortunately due to work schedules, I had to reschedule several times & they were so kind & accommodating. Hilary helped me when I came in & did everything to ensure things were done in a timely manner & was beyond helpful & kind.

Only have it six months, bought it spur of the moment! my wife thought i was crazy! I owned Many cars and have a few now this is a good SUV 30 Thousand less than the Audi Q 7 but made the same , only inside and outside different.

I have owned the Atlas SE 2024 for 6 months and loved it 100% the digital controls is like a smart phone, you will get used to it once you know where everything is at. The best car I have purchased in 30 years

Our 24 Atlas SEL rline premium is more than we expected. The fuel efficiency and premium comfort makes this actually a great value with how expensive some of the other cars are.

I have never submitted a review for anything in my life before. I would just like to acknowledge Hilary Owens in the service department. I had a tire blow out, and apparently the tire is hard to get and back ordered for months. She arranged to get a spare tire in the meantime that matched up tread wise to my current tires, so I could drive on the car to and from work. She went above and beyond searching for the tire I needed, and did it with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. She is a tremendous asset to their dealership and team.

I initially checked to see if the SUV I found on cars.com was still available to look at. After sending the email, via cars.com, I got a text back within a few minutes saying the SUV was available and a salesperson would check with me to set up an appointment. I spoke with Jamie shortly thereafter and met with her at the dealership. The SUV was washed and ready for me to see and test drive. The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic!! For me, number one of the top three car buying experiences ever. I’m now retired and have bought a lot of cars. No high pressure, just great customer service. Bought a very low mileage BMW 7 series recently from Perrillo. My salesman Rhoy was great! He was helpful and courteous, very pleasant and easy to deal with. They were fair and reasonable in negotiating with me. It was one of my smoothest car purchases ever. Their selection of high end luxury cars is amazing. I would recommend them without hesitation.

This is the third Atlas that I have purchased from City Volkswagen of Chicago. Sales Ray Cotto has been awesome from the time I walked in the door. We developed a friendship for being authentic with each other. Ray greets you with a smile as if he's known me for years. He really took care of me and made sure all my needs and concerns were met. He goes above and beyond for you. Also the General Manager Tim was fantastic in completing the deal. I highly recommend this dealership.

I had such a great experience at the Volkswagen dealership! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and welcoming. Juan was the first to assist me, and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He later transitioned me to Alex, and let me tell you—Alex was phenomenal! He walked me through everything with patience and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. There was also a young lady who helped explain everything clearly (I wish I remembered her name!)—she was amazing too. On top of that, the General Manager, Tim, even came out to introduce himself to us the very first time we stopped by just to look. That small gesture made a big impression and showed how professional and kind the entire team is. I’m truly happy to be part of the Volkswagen family and I absolutely love my car!
