Most honest and easiest to work with dealership I’ve heard of. I recently purchased a used car with the help of salesman Mark and it was a stark contrast to my previous experiences with car dealerships. Mark was extremely accommodating and responsive. I am out of state so Mark facetimed me and took the car to a local mechanic for a prepurchase inspection for me. Mark even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to pick up my vehicle. The financing manager, Anthony, was also great in this process. Highly recommend this dealership, honest guys.

I started my search about a month ago and found a new car I wanted to test drive at Ken Ganley Subaru in N. Olmstead. Roger Hagan sent me a video of the car before I arrived and respectfully guided me through the process with patience and without pressure. Ganley Volkswagen of Bedford is the nicest dealership. I purchased my Passat 10 years ago and it still purrs because of their care. The facility is clean. All members are friendly. They check on you, ask if you need anything to drink. Any time I'm there for repairs they explain the issue and suggested repairs in a manner that is detailed enough to understand without being condescending. They give full costs before any repairs occur. Finally my car is returned quickly and clean.

The staff and facilities were wonderful, George especially was very helpful, made sure I understood all the work done and the things that would need to be done in the future.

Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! I wanted to make sure that I left the very BEST review for three of your employees.... Charles Clark, Ravi Patel and Joel Cruz. I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Alvaro and Alejandro were great sales people to work with. I believe they were sincere and treated me fairly. They wanted to make sure that I was pleased with the deal and did not high pressure me at all. I would definitely go back to them again.

It was time for my first adult purchase- a new car! We all know car shopping can be less than fun, but I feel like I got lucky. We met with Sean and went over new vs certified pre owned and I ended up going with a pre owned. Either way Sean was great to work with and made the whole experience great. I’ve had my car for about a week but I will be returning when I’m ready for a new one!
