I came in after a dissappointing visit to Family Volkswagen of Burleson. Tim messaged me and showed me videos of the cars I was interested in and was super nice in getting me some rough numbers over the phone to make my visit more smooth since I live far. I was able to make it in and J Kvale was my salesperson and let me tell you, he was very helpful. He found me a deal I felt good about on a car that meet my needs and budget. The environment at the dealership was relaxed, I did not feel pressured at all which is rare at a dealership, especially after visitinga few and leaving dissappointed. Trinity was attentive, finding out our NEDS (most importantly) and wants out of a vehicle and searched the dealerships inventory for choices before grabbing keys and pulling up the top three options to test drive. He's printed out all the details to see payment options as well as technology packages and specifications each vehicle has so I could make a clear decision. He was extremely helpful when it came to bringing my senior mother up to the dealership and having her get in and out of the vehicle making sure she was comfortable getting in and out of the car as well as being in the car.
