I had my eye on a car listed here for a couple of weeks, and finally went in for a test drive. Sales team was knowledgable, helpful, not pushy at all, and gave me time to walk away and check on insurance and financing options without any harassment. I came back and bought the car later that day. Process was fairly easy, and costs seemed fair and clearly laid out. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a VW or a nice used car.

Jeromy was well informed on the Forster model I was interested in and very helpful. Muller Subaru had a good inventory and the Forester Premium with Option Parkage 15 had all the key safety features that I wanted. We bought a different make mainly based on Consumer Reports. The VW's were rated much lower than other brands we were looking at.

Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.
