Danielle was super nice. Very knowledgeable and understanding my Finacial situation. On the other hand. The manager was rude and very pushy for me to sign yesterday which ALMOST made me turn away from the deal. Finance was yelling through his office while we trying to finalize the deal. Rude on manager and finance guy.

Went in to get a recall taken care of on my ID.4 and to get a 60,000 mile check-up. They even threw in a free wash. The service was professional as always. Modern and comfortable facility. I was able to get some work done using their Wi-Fi as I waited.

Came in to have my tire pressure light on 2015 Passat turned off - Walked out with 2017 Passat with better mileage and a few perks. The staff is very good to work with. My second experience. Would highly recommend.

I began the tedious process of buying a car with my son. The second stop we made was World Volkswagen. Rob Bilek greeted us, showed us cars that matched the description that we gave and offered to sit down and chat. At that point we were still looking at all options. He said he would be here if and when we decided to come back. Every other dealer we went to tried to pull the “used car salesman” nonsense. “What can you afford per month? Showed us things out of our price range. What do we have to do to get you in this car today?” This type of pressure went on for days. We were very discouraged, but remembered Robert Bilek and how real he was. We went back, and we are glad we did. Rob and Dylan Amos, the finance manager, were wonderful. They helped us find the car we were looking for, explained the financing, and even helped us with car insurance comparisons. I would highly recommend this dealership, but especially this team! Me and my wife just bought a new Jetta from this Hamilton Mazda VW dealership. Our Salesman, Peter Capriotti, was very professional, easy going yet straight to the point guy.
