Most honest and easiest to work with dealership I’ve heard of. I recently purchased a used car with the help of salesman Mark and it was a stark contrast to my previous experiences with car dealerships. Mark was extremely accommodating and responsive. I am out of state so Mark facetimed me and took the car to a local mechanic for a prepurchase inspection for me. Mark even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to pick up my vehicle. The financing manager, Anthony, was also great in this process. Highly recommend this dealership, honest guys.

The last two cars I've leased have been from Ken Ganley Subaru and my experiences there have been very positive. Everyone there has been very professional but, even in a group of great people, Kristy Tomcho stands out as a truly exceptional salesperson. She is extremely prepared/knowledgeable about everything to do with the cars and the financial aspects. She makes the navigation of all of your choices both easy and thoughtful, so it all works for you.

This is our third purchase from this dealership and even though we made last minute changes, the entire Ganley team was professional, courteous, and made this a good experience. Ganley Volkswagen of Bedford is the nicest dealership. I purchased my Passat 10 years ago and it still purrs because of their care. The facility is clean. All members are friendly. They check on you, ask if you need anything to drink. Any time I'm there for repairs they explain the issue and suggested repairs in a manner that is detailed enough to understand without being condescending. They give full costs before any repairs occur. Finally my car is returned quickly and clean.

The staff and facilities were wonderful, George especially was very helpful, made sure I understood all the work done and the things that would need to be done in the future.

Alvaro and Alejandro were great sales people to work with. I believe they were sincere and treated me fairly. They wanted to make sure that I was pleased with the deal and did not high pressure me at all. I would definitely go back to them again.

It was time for my first adult purchase- a new car! We all know car shopping can be less than fun, but I feel like I got lucky. We met with Sean and went over new vs certified pre owned and I ended up going with a pre owned. Either way Sean was great to work with and made the whole experience great. I’ve had my car for about a week but I will be returning when I’m ready for a new one!
