Ganley Volkswagen of Bedford is the nicest dealership. I purchased my Passat 10 years ago and it still purrs because of their care. The facility is clean. All members are friendly. They check on you, ask if you need anything to drink. Any time I'm there for repairs they explain the issue and suggested repairs in a manner that is detailed enough to understand without being condescending. They give full costs before any repairs occur. Finally my car is returned quickly and clean.

The staff and facilities were wonderful, George especially was very helpful, made sure I understood all the work done and the things that would need to be done in the future.

I started my search about a month ago and found a new car I wanted to test drive at Ken Ganley Subaru in N. Olmstead. Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right!
