I began the tedious process of buying a car with my son. The second stop we made was World Volkswagen. Rob Bilek greeted us, showed us cars that matched the description that we gave and offered to sit down and chat. At that point we were still looking at all options. He said he would be here if and when we decided to come back. Every other dealer we went to tried to pull the “used car salesman” nonsense. “What can you afford per month? Showed us things out of our price range. What do we have to do to get you in this car today?” This type of pressure went on for days. We were very discouraged, but remembered Robert Bilek and how real he was. We went back, and we are glad we did. Rob and Dylan Amos, the finance manager, were wonderful. They helped us find the car we were looking for, explained the financing, and even helped us with car insurance comparisons. I would highly recommend this dealership, but especially this team! Just bought a 2017 GLI from this dealer, they matched every other dealers lowest deal. Fantastic service, i wouldnt have written a review if i wasnt this impressed with what i got compared to other deals online.

Back in 2019 I bought my Tiguan from Piazza VW and take my car to the dealership once a year for a full detailing. As a dog Dad -- my dog travels everywhere with me and the car's interior shows it. I recently took my car for detailing with low expectations of success for dog hair removal. Piazza VW did an awesome job and returned the interior/exterior back to it's original. I'm impressed. Micheal was very helpful. He was was straight forward. He has a no pressure service approach to sales. He was even able to facilitate DMV registration to facilitate planned interstate travel.

Rob, our salesman, was very helpful through the purchase of an ID Buzz in the midst of the absurd recall/stop sale for the too wide 3 rd row seat. He answered every question and welcomed family to the showroom for the 6 week delay. Jim, the supervisor/finance guy was also helpful in finding the best rate. Rob spent time getting us set up with the tech and phone apps as well. Highly recommend.

I was away for work, and my wife called and told me our vehicle was making a loud noise. We had AAA tow it to Burlington Volkswagen. Flo told my wife they couldn’t get to it until the next day. Flo called and told my wife they were going to also work on a recall item for my vehicle. When they checked the vehicle, Flo told my wife the catalytic converter was cracked, and they were sent photos to VW since it was related to the recall. Burlington VW was in constant contact with my wife every step of the way keeping us informed on what was going on. Flo called back and said VW was going to cover everything. VW Burlington went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed and to get VW to pay for it since it was related to the recall. The whole team was awesome, Flo at the service counter, the service manager and technicians. I have had a hard time trusting a dealer, but VW was phenomenal. We could have not asked for better service. My faith in dealers was restored. Thanks for great service!!!
