visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me. We had a great experience at VW of GG...we never stepped foot into the dealership and made the purchase all virtually. The icing on the cake was that Chris delivered the car to us same day...and we live about 30 miles away from the dealership. It was truly painless and very upfront. This is how car buying should be.

I have purchased 2011 Tiguan Used. Phenix and Carlos were extremely helpful. They've answered hundreds of questions very patiently. They have helped me to get a great deal. When the car needed some repairs within few weeks, Phenix and Pedro from the Service Dept acted very quickly. And they gave me a temporary car. There are few minor issues, however. The financing person does not explain anything unless you ask him. And he speaks very fast, so I had a very difficult time understanding him.... Also the customer service couldn't find my order. I had to wait about an hour at the shop to get it. Lastly, no one told me that my Tiguan 2011's rare bumper looks different than others, not in a good way. I wish someone had told me about it before I purchased it. It wasn't gonna change my mind, but I'd appreciated an explanation. I still don't know why it's different....

Pacific Volkswagen are leaps and bounds beyond the rest. Everyone who works there is a real human being (not like the robots you meet at other dealerships). They are kind, honest, and eager to work with you, whatever your needs may be. The whole team made our buying process a pleasure, and I don't say that lightly.
