Got an appointment quickly...service problems attended to and done in a day. Service representative called and explained what needed to be done to get my approval.

appointment was done online and I was able to get my time. diagnosis was performed and I was informed of the problem. parts were ordered and arrived in a timely fashion and the job was done. car seems to run very well after the repair. I did not got the car wash but that is ok since I wanted the car back as soon as possible so forfeiting the car was saved me time.

We bought our first electric vehicle from Wellesley Volkswagen. Jens Albrecht was the salesperson and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He did a great job demystifying everything about EVs - rebates, home chargers, mileage, etc. - but it never felt like he was talking down to us. He kept us well informed, was clear about the process, and invited us to go back for a refresher session about all the new things we have to get used to in our new vehicle.
