I worked with Brendan In sales and Mike in service. It was a stressful decision to make as I have a 2013 GTI and it was time to buy a new one. I had a great experience getting the 2013 version service and purchasing my new 2025 GTI. Also, I have a couple of questions because my new car has so many new features So I called Brendan and he suggested that I come up sometime next week and you know sit with me and make sure I’m using all the features!

Alex helped me as much as he could and did an amazing job at it. Meaning this is the first time I came to purchase a used car without the help of a co signer. The Master Service Technician, Allan, is very knowledgeable and diligent at performing the service. He diagnosed the problem immediately and provided the next steps to fix the issue.
