Where do I start?! From the moment I walked into the dealership I was pleasantly greeted and immediately felt they were there to help not just to sell. With my busy schedule I didn't have much time to waste and they understood that very well. With the help of Matt, Sales Manager and Andre my sales consultant I was able to hone in on the exactly vehicle I wanted at a price that was beyond competitive. I can't say enough about the personalized service I always receive from Gunter Volvo--the service dept is top notch and both Rennie and Jordan are excellent. If there is an an issue with my Volvo XC-90 it is diagnosed properly (the quality of my Volvo is outstanding) and if needed a loaner car is always available. Highly recommended !!

Eliana is the best employer there. She did a great job. Will miss her a lot. She made me feel warm and safe. And to appreciate the things I have. To let her go to Volkswagen is the dumbest thing Volvo can do. And I think I will now switch dealerships.

I brought my car in for regular maintenance. I reached out to Rennie who I have known for about 5-6 years now to assist me with an appoiment. Yes, he is now the Service Manager, well deserved! Rennie has always gone above and beyond to assist me work around my work schedule. This is huge to me. I have always been accommondate. Jordan became my contact. He greeted me as soon as I walked in, friendly, prfessional and had everything ready for me. He kept me up to date while my vehicle was being serviced. This is why I have continued to stay with Gunther Volvo. Their service is the best! Thank you Jordan, greatly appreaciate all you did for me! I have heard nightmares about other dealerships from friends, my answer to them is, sorry, I don't have that problem. Thank you Rennie and Jordan for making everything so quick and easy! I have purchased many cars over the years and each and every time I found the experience to be tedious and grueling. Today I’m so happy to be able to tell you that my current experience at Rick Case Volkswagen to say the least was more than a pleasure. Why? It was all because of my sales person Kevin. He was knowledgeable patient and friendly with me. In other words I found him to be a true professional. I can only speak for the sales department which was great. No high pressure at all. I bought another truck from Rick Case several years ago and recall a very positive experience then. I am glad to I had another great experience last week. The entire sales department was very helpful. The very nice lady in the finance office was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I did notice two additional add-ons to the final sales contract that I had not noticed previously, but they removed it without any problem at all. Some other customers may have decided they wanted those options but I did not and it was not a problem. I think they did a great job. Very happy to buy my vehicle from them. I also traded a very nice truck and I must say they gave me top dollar from what I had expected if I sold it privately. All in all a great experience and I got a tremendous valuable deal.

Gotta give a ton of love to Mo who was the product specialist that drove from Weston to Boynton to drop off my gorgeous new Atlas at 9:00 at night. Even though he had an over hour long drive back to his house in Hialea - he took his time and was overly glad to make sure I knew about all of the functionality that the vehicle offers. My neighbor who’s big into cars came over to check the car out and also listen in on Mo’s spiel about features and functionality. My neighbor has 2 new Bentleys, a new Range Rover, and a brand new Mercedes that he just got. I mention this because my neighbor (who clearly has a ton of experience with car salesman and car buying experiences) was amazed at how ABOVE AND BEYOND Mo went to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle. I want to Gunther first, and I promise if I would’ve known about the different features, I never would’ve walked out and had the opportunity to speak to Kimberliz, Mo, and Dane at Rick Case. It goes to show that doing right by the customer and going the extra mile helps solidify sales just as much as providing the most aggressive price. Rick Case truly made my buying experience easy even though I didn’t make their selling experience simple. Yes, I’m “that” guy. Again, thank you Rick Case team and especially Mo. I took my 2014 VW Passat to Rick Case VW for service on 4/25/24. I was concerned with a flashing light noting that something was wrong with the cooling system in the car. My service advisor that day was Tiffany. She greeted me and said that she would have one of the mechanics look at my car for a "quick inspection" before scheduling any major repair. She thought she would have an answer for me in about 45 minutes. After 45 minutes had passed, she came to me and apologized for the delay. She then drove my car into the garage approximately one hour after I had arrived. She came back to me in about 15 minutes and told me that there was no indication that there was a major problem with my car's cooling system. The mechanic noticed that my cooling liquid level was a little low, and therefore added some coolant. She said that I should not have any more concern with that issue, and delivered my car to me. I appreciated Tiffany's courtesy, intelligence, and diligence in giving me thoughtful information about my car. Rick Case VW is fortunate to have Tiffany working for them!!
