Tim is a nice salesperson, he is patient for helping customer the whole process, the only thing he can do better is to call back certain customer on time. Try not to let customer expecting the phone call too long.

Jens was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout. The Id Buzz bus was held up for issues beyond VWs control and Jens went above and beyond to help us.

We visited this dealership and Jens over the course of several days comparing different models of the VW Tiguan. When we finally decided on the 2024 VW Tiguan, the paperwork was seamless. When we returned to pick up the car, Jens, was very patient teaching us all the different features of the new vehicle.

Was told up front how minimal the 30000 mile maintenance would be. Planned for an early drop off and told them I wouldn't need the car until the afternoon at earliest. Was only about 45 minutes until they told me the vehicle was ready. Very happy with my service visit.

He did a great job demystifying everything about EVs - rebates, home chargers, mileage, etc. - but it never felt like he was talking down to us. He kept us well informed, was clear about the process, and invited us to go back for a refresher session about all the new things we have to get used to in our new vehicle. We've had terrible experiences with car salespeople in the past, but we recommend working with Jens in the strongest possible terms.
