We highly recommend VW Wellesley and our salesperson, Jens Albrecht. We recently purchased a 2024 VW Tiguan from this location. Our salesperson, Jens Albrecht is very knowledgeable and patient. We visited this dealership and Jens over the course of several days comparing different models of the VW Tiguan. When we finally decided on the 2024 VW Tiguan, the paperwork was seamless. When we returned to pick up the car, Jens, was very patient teaching us all the different features of the new vehicle.

The oil change was efficient. In terms of getting me in there at pretty much last minute, they accomodated me and got me in earlier than expected. Did not like the fact that they had no record of me being there before despite the fact that I purchased my last car there in 2013 and had all of my service performed there. But overall, good service.

Tim is a nice salesperson, he is patient for helping customer the whole process, the only thing he can do better is to call back certain customer on time. Try not to let customer expecting the phone call too long.

Found the car I wanted at cars.com, and was referred to Tim by their internet sales manager. He was great. Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. John in finance was also wonderful to work with, without the hard sell on lots of ad-ons. (He did sell me a couple of things after explaining well why they were a good idea, told me not to bother with a bunch of others...) Wonderful experience all around!

Our finance guy was George, very professional as well, he addressed our all concerns and we were able to get a great interest rate!!! There wasn't any pression at all from our finance and sales guy which is great. We purchased a VW atlas crossport and we are very happy with the car, This dealership is also including a 20 year 200k Miles powertrain warranty for free!!! We bought our first electric vehicle from Wellesley Volkswagen. Jens Albrecht was the salesperson and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He did a great job demystifying everything about EVs - rebates, home chargers, mileage, etc. - but it never felt like he was talking down to us. He kept us well informed, was clear about the process, and invited us to go back for a refresher session about all the new things we have to get used to in our new vehicle. We've had terrible experiences with car salespeople in the past, but we recommend working with Jens in the strongest possible terms.
