This car dealership is not your typical dealership. It was weird, in a good way. People were friendly and smiling and no pressure to buy. They even had a cookout on Saturday for customers.

Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! Ganley Volkswagen of Bedford is the nicest dealership. I purchased my Passat 10 years ago and it still purrs because of their care. The facility is clean. All members are friendly. They check on you, ask if you need anything to drink. Any time I'm there for repairs they explain the issue and suggested repairs in a manner that is detailed enough to understand without being condescending. They give full costs before any repairs occur. Finally my car is returned quickly and clean.

The staff and facilities were wonderful, George especially was very helpful, made sure I understood all the work done and the things that would need to be done in the future.

It was time for my first adult purchase- a new car! We all know car shopping can be less than fun, but I feel like I got lucky. We met with Sean and went over new vs certified pre owned and I ended up going with a pre owned. Either way Sean was great to work with and made the whole experience great. I’ve had my car for about a week but I will be returning when I’m ready for a new one!
