Justin was the rep that we talked to. He was incredible. They didn’t have the car that I wanted when I first went there so he and I exchanged information and he kept in touch with me for three months until the car that I wanted showed up. He was personable informative if he didn’t know the answer to a question he found out. The whole experience of buying the car was great, and I would go there again as I have in the past to get my new Volkswagen I’d give Justin a 10 in every category. I was helped by Heaven, she is very nice, friendly and helpful…. Even, after more than a year since I bought my second car with her, every time I go to Galpin Volkswagen and I see Heaven, she always asks me how satisfied I’m with my car purchase and still offers assistance in case I have any questions. Today I took my car for service and I was in a hurry to go to a medical check up, before I left Galpin I talked to Heaven and she offered to check my contract to see if my insurance covered some damages on my car. I live in the Chicagoland area and was looking for a Taos with FWD, but for some reason there are no dealers with this SUV on its lot.
