I brought my VW Golf in for service with an appointment. Despite being backed up, the technician greeted me and asked for a few minutes. Once he got back, check-in was quick and friendly. The recall work took longer than initially expected, but the team kept me informed. The work was still completed same day. My husband and I were in a bad car accident 2 months ago and my car was totaled. It's been a rough few weeks of hospital stays, wound care and emotional labor so taking on a car search was not something I was particularly excited to do.
