On Saturday 6/21/2025 me and my wife, Peter and Monica, went to the City VW Irving Park dealer to inquire about trading in our old 2022 Tiguan for a new 2024. Right from the entrance we worked with David Alcaraz who helped us with all the explanations, all the documentation and testing the car. We worked very well with David, who was patient with us throughout the purchase process, also helping us with the transfer of things and the city sticker from the old car to the new one. Overall experience was very positive, I am very experienced in the buying process as this could be my 30th car buying experience as I have helped so many friends and family members in buying and negotiating. Luckily, thanks to this sturdy car--I did. The car buying experience is made family friendly thanks to the kind and understanding staff at City VW in Highland. Am recommending them to all my friends. The service department is also second to none and they even wash your car after each service!

I brought my VW Golf in for service with an appointment. Despite being backed up, the technician greeted me and asked for a few minutes. Once he got back, check-in was quick and friendly. The recall work took longer than initially expected, but the team kept me informed. The work was still completed same day. This was a positive experience and I will return the next time my auto needs service.
