My husband and I were in a bad car accident 2 months ago and my car was totaled. On Saturday 6/21/2025 me and my wife, Peter and Monica, went to the City VW Irving Park dealer to inquire about trading in our old 2022 Tiguan for a new 2024. Right from the entrance we worked with David Alcaraz who helped us with all the explanations, all the documentation and testing the car. We worked very well with David, who was patient with us throughout the purchase process, also helping us with the transfer of things and the city sticker from the old car to the new one.
