On Saturday 6/21/2025 me and my wife, Peter and Monica, went to the City VW Irving Park dealer to inquire about trading in our old 2022 Tiguan for a new 2024. Right from the entrance we worked with David Alcaraz who helped us with all the explanations, all the documentation and testing the car. We worked very well with David, who was patient with us throughout the purchase process, also helping us with the transfer of things and the city sticker from the old car to the new one. The reviews don’t lie. Just bought my daughter her first car. No pressure, everyone was nice and probably the quickest ( and still not quick enough) time I’ve spent buying a car.

Bought a new Kia Seltos from Boucher Kia, and the sales and management folks with whom we dealth throughout the process were always respectful and as helpful as they could be. Did experience two significant frustrations, neither of which appears to be the fault of the dealership. The first was a 6+ month wait for the Seltos we ordered to be delivered. This kind of delay is on Kia, more than the dealership, so I don't fault them. The second frustration was that the 2WD version of the Seltos we ordered is apparently not something Kia gets a lot of orders for and thus is not something they want to produce very many of. The car Kia produced to fill our order and sent to the dealer was the 4WD version of what we ordered. The dealership apologized and gave us a discount off the higher 4WD price, but again the core problem was with the company. If Kia doesn't want to sell a 2WD version of this Seltos trim, their website should not offer it as an option. That said, so far we really like our new Seltos, and we give the Boucher dealership credit for working with us.

Jeromy was well informed on the Forster model I was interested in and very helpful. Muller Subaru had a good inventory and the Forester Premium with Option Parkage 15 had all the key safety features that I wanted. Their price was competitive with some of the other dealers in the area. Their free “loner” and local “pickup and drop off service” was instrumental in my decision to buy with Muller Siberia.

I worked with Brendan In sales and Mike in service. It was a stressful decision to make as I have a 2013 GTI and it was time to buy a new one. I had a great experience getting the 2013 version service and purchasing my new 2025 GTI. Also, I have a couple of questions because my new car has so many new features So I called Brendan and he suggested that I come up sometime next week and you know sit with me and make sure I’m using all the features!
