This is the first time I've written a review about a company regarding their service. I've decided to do this because of exceptional level of help and service I received at Gengras Volkswagen in Plainville CT from sales manages Tom Backer and salesman Brian Radicki. Both Tom and Brian were professional in every sense of the word. They tool the time to listen and understand my needs and the type of car I wanted. They were extremely patient and helpful. They went FAR above the norm in every war to find a car they worked for me and fit my needs. I am happy to recommend Tom, Brian and Gengras Volkswagen. This experience purchasing a new car and trading in my old one has been the fastest, easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Everything discussed in advance for the purchase of my new GTI - done completely over the phone and email due to COVID - including pricing, fees, trade in allowance, etc was exactly what I expected from those discussions.  I worked with Tom Backer and Chrissy Sansabrino and they were both fantastic in all aspects.  There wasn't a single "surprise" or hiccup in the process and it made the experience the best.

Such a great experience! John was fantastic to work with, knew everything about the vehicle. All of the vehicles here are so clean and well taken care of. They offer the best of the best. Each vehicle is detailed and cleaned ready to view. Staff is very polite. The process was very smooth. Highly recommend!

I bought a used 2014 Subaru forester from them at a reasonable price. They gave me all the paper work. No problem at the DMV. Gianni Ibraimov was very helpful he explained the terms of sale and any issues, got the car ready for me to pick up five stars.
