I had to order my Forester and I had to wait for it for a few months. All the time I was kept in the loop and updated on the delivery date. The sales rep was friendly and very knowledgeable. When the vehicle arrived, he went through the purchasing process with me until all my questions were answered. The financing manager explained all aspects of the loan with me. A few days after I received the Foerster a rock hit my windshield and left a crack. The service department fixed it and gave me a free loaner car during the process. Iwas very pleased. I would recommend the dealership to all my friends and family.

I would highly encourage folks in the Metro area to visit Schmidt Ford in Collinsville. They are a wonderful staff to deal with and there is no pressure from the sales staff. 2014 Outback manual transmission and rear differential oil change was performed. It was done quickly.

I would recommend you get a car or SUV or any vehicle from salesman Jason Freed he was amazing he worked with us and go us into a truck that we love and worked with us so we didnt have to finance also his amazing customers services he really understands his customers and there needs and the financer was also terrific please please please come here.
