I had the best experience when I went to Wallace VW to trade in my Jetta for a Taos over the Memorial Day weekend! The consultant who provided me service was Mitch Adams. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions with pertinent information so that when I drove off the lot, I was very comfortable with my purchase. In addition, I got a great deal with zero percent financing for 60 mos offered by VW on the Taos during the month of May ‘24. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. What a great purchasing experience. So much so that I'm writing my first review. My husband and I live in Miami. We tried our local dealers but, they did not meet our needs. We found Schumacher of WPB on google and met Jared. His attention to detail, knowledge and trying to get us the best deal was amazing. AJ in Finance was super helpful and knowledgeable. This is the first time buying a car where I did not feel like I was getting over charged. Overall best experience and looking forward to being repeat customers. The long drive was totally worth it.
