I recently had the experience of working with Casey to purchase a new car at Rochester VW. I have bought many new cars and I would like to say that this was the easiest purchase I have ever had. Went in to look at a 2022 outlander. Worked with Daniel. He was great to work with understood my car buying frustrations and was up front and honest. Worked out a good deal. But I ended up going a different route. Finding honest up front sales people is like finding a needle in a hay stack these days would definitely consider them in the future when I am on the market for a new vehicle in the future.

Kristen has been great to work with. I'm planning to pick up my new car there this week! She always takes calls and responds promptly to texts and emails. Unfortunately, that's not the case with some other dealers these days...

I just purchased a BMW i3 from Emich and it was great experience, they answered all questions and sent an i packet with photo's and records I asked for walk through video's driving video's Haley the salesperson. answered e-mail very fast. I had the car delivered to me and all went very smooth. Only thing better is if they were in KS.

I always bring my car to the dealer for oil changes and any other repairs my car may require. I believe because I take my car to the dealer I haven't had any major problems.

We worked with Diego Soto and finance manager John to purchase a new 2022 VW Tiguan. From start to purchase we had a very good experience. Diego was professional, knowledgeable, and appropriately tuned into our pace. He matched our stride without ever being too “pushy” or “sales driven”. Our questions were answered quickly and easily. At our request, Diego put us in touch with a Service Manager to answer a few more technical questions about the SUV. We were able “shop locally” for a vehicle that matches our needs for this stage of life. And it is also great that we will be able to work with VW of Oakland for our service and maintenance needs - if and when it is required. All in all a very good experience !
