We purchased the least expensive vehicle on the lot and received the same attention as I would expect from a high dollar purchase. Aside from photos, I never saw the car until I took possession of it but the car was described accurately and in great condition. Jeremiya Andrade is an excellent example of the service that Mastria strives to provide. As our sales rep, he guided us skillfully through the process and went out of his way to explain each step to my granddaughter who was buying her first car. He updated us on the progress of the paperwork and, when she picked up the car, actually put a bright red bow on it for a photograph of her and the car. Would certainly request him when we are in the market for a new vehicle.

I worked with Evan Chochrek (from the sales department) to get my first car this weekend and my experience was phenomenal. He was able to answer all my questions, and made me feel confident with my choice of vehicle. The other staff there were also incredible and everyone was a team player. Shout out to Joe Letorney from sales and Greg Souza from finance for also helping to make this experience smooth and amazing. I am absolutely obsessed with my new car.
