New and used 2025 Volkswagen Atlas SUVs for sale near Camp Pendleton South, CA

I had an issue with my A/C and made an appointment with another dealer two weeks earlier, only to be told that they couldn’t help me as their diagnostic machine was broken. They also said that there were no recalls on the car. I took it to Capo VW and my A/C was fixed promptly and there was a recall on the car which they took care of as well. I’ll never go back to the other dealer even though is closer to my house. I appreciate Capo VW prompt service and professionalism.

Jamie Hayes assisted us with our purchase. We weren't planning on a new car. We had a 2010 VW Jetta TDI. Fun. What's more fun? A 2014 Jetta TDI. Smoother shifting. Tighter hold to the road. No lack of power. Jamie walked the lot back and forth. No pressure. We had pizza served while our paperwork was done. Only comment, but not really a negative, is that sales AND management should spend more time learning every feature of the cars they sell. There was a bit of, "I'm new to VW", than I expected. Friendly and generally efficient. Ask for Jamie.

I would like to thank Austin Aguilera for helping me find my new ride. I am excited to see what a diesel car will do for my wallet when it comes time to hit the ... Austin is a nice guy, did not make me feel uncomfortable during the process, gave me plenty of opportunities to test drive the car, showed me other models I would like and he is widely respected by his coworkers. I called around to local dealerships to try to find out information. The only one that was able to give me the information I needed was Bill at Herman Cook. Very helpful and friendly!! I will diffidently bring my daughters car back for all repairs!! Very very happy with the way I was treated!! He went above and beyond helping me!

My overall experience was great. The salesman (Chano) was fantastic. Very helpful, honest and ethical. I was delighted to work with him. Usually I don't like the salesman, this was such a different experience and great! The Manager George was also vey helpful. I told him what I wanted and needed and he made it happen. Usually the Manager is the guy with bad news, but he wasn't. Cisco, the Finance Manager was also great. I will be going back to Mossy Volkswagen Escondido the next time I need a car. I will also refer my friends!
