Took my Tiguan into shop for an error msg, since the car lost power and almost stalled. After the diagnostic, received msg that the problem was found and warranty covered the repair. Honesty, great work and transparency. I highly recommend any VW owner to go to Byers for their services or repairs.

The service dept and all the guys are super helpful. They've been taking care of me for the last 6 years. I just wish the finance lady was as professional and helpful as them. We came in asking about a Toyota Corolla and salesman Mike Bunders was helpful. When we said thanks he did NOT pressure us, which is VERY important to me. After looking around the other automall dealers we decided the Corolla was it for us and came back to see Mike. He could not have kept things simpler. We were paying cash and agreed to pick up the car the following Tuesday. We came in, Mike had the car all ready to go, we filled out the paperwork, Mike gave us a tour of the car details, and we headed on our way in our new car. Again, couldn't have been simpler.

I’ve purchased 2 cars from Germain VW and each time I have found the experience to be generally straightforward. I think they are the best VW dealership in Columbus. They are low pressure and in the end they seem to want to work with a buyer to get a sale done. They are a car dealer so always trying to find a deal that is profitable for them - but in my experience they seem willing to consider alternative thinking to get a buyer into a car.

We bought a different make mainly based on Consumer Reports. The VW's were rated much lower than other brands we were looking at.
