I bought a beautiful 2017 chevy Trax for this dealership. This was my first time purchasing a car of my own so I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect at first. When I got there the facility was gorgeous. And the staff was super kind and helpful. Henry (my sales rep) as cool and patient he made the process easy and simple. He is extremely personable and a pleasure to talk to. I got my first car from VW of Wesley Chapel. It was a great experience, despite my nerves, and the staff was very helpful. I test drove several cars in a very low-pressure environment. I did not feel rushed (despite test driving for quite a while) and I chose my dream car that was perfect for me. I have already recommended it to several of my friends!

Brought my Passat in for service and wanted to check out getting a new car. The salesperson was Shardai Chaput who was absolutely wonderful. We did come to great agreement without having to sit all day. I wanted to think about it overnight and ended up declining the deal but purely for financial considerations. I am looking at retirement and current auto is all paid for and I am hesitant to take ona car payment. If you go to Lokey be sure to look for her. She’s the young lady with the big smile on her face.
